Sael moves past Andrømeda and with her two-handed fighting technique, she easily hits Ghoul 2 both times with her handaxes. The ghoul takes 7 slashing damage, but looks undeterred.
It's about bedtime here, so just to queue things up, since I don't think Sael can do anything that would move the ghouls...
Kwisatz pull his waterskin around his body, unpops the cork, and a small drop of water floats up and out of it, slowly frosting over. He then furrows his brow a bit, strengthening the spell causing more drops come out and as the frost forms you see a small spearhead shape of ice floating above his hand. Corking the skin, he takes a step back as the spear strikes out towards g5 ((the one completely surrounded)). Impacting, it sends out shards of ice at all eight of the ghouls around the target.
ice knife upcast to level 3. Attack: 27 Damage: 3 against the main (center) ghoul. DC 15 dex save on all 8 surrounding, or 12 ice dmg.
Kwisatz hurls his ice knife through the air at Ghoul 5 which takes 3 damage. The impact magically shatters the ice into 8 more shards that explode out towards the surrounding ghouls:

Rush's spiritual weapon materializes, but misses its target. The ghouls, though, all of them being within at least earshot of Rush, need to make a DC15 WIS save:

All but two of the ghouls fail the WIS save and will have to take their full movement to run away from Rush for 1 minutes or until they take damage. (Side note: if Rush was level 8, he would have just destroyed all but 2 of these ghouls...that has potential to be a super powerful ability.) And, the ghouls are next.

Andrømeda steps forward in front of ghoul 13, swinging her greataxe at it(reckless, great weapon master, not raging yet) Attack: 8 Damage: 14 (if the first hit kills it, the second will be against #14) Attack: 18 Damage: 15
(If either of those attacks kill one of the ghouls, then I get a bonus action attack, which will be against the nearest surviving ghoul)
Andrømedaswings her greataxe at Ghoul 13 and the heft of her axe combined with the might of her swing, she manages to cleave off one of it's arms and the attached shoulder. The second swing lops that ghoul's head clean off. (Ghoul 13 is dead.)
With her bonus action attack, Andrømeda brings her weapon down on top of Ghoul 14's head, splitting it in two and dropping it where it once stood. (Ghoul 14 is dead.)

Kwisatz's Frost Ray hits the ghoul and sheers a bunch of flesh off of its shoulder and face, but it doesn't kill it.
Then, Rush attacks with his Spiritual Weapon and crushes the ghoul (dead) under the weight of his spectral anchor.
The Ghouls take their action. There is no need to update the map, as of right now. You are still in initiative, but none of the combatants are currently within line of sight.
Andrømeda will move forward 30-35 feet to the approximate center of the room, and wait with an attack ready in case anything comes out or the ghouls return.

“Not long. And some may overcome their fear sooner than others. Stay put, and use the range to our benefit. Let them come to us.” Rush keeps his shield high and stays near the door still watching for ghouls
