Ireniana runs up with Droop. The unlikely pair has trained together well over the past week, as they share a quick nod and both take aim at H4, no words needing to be spoken.
Rosie follows suit, and gets on the other side of the bushy tree, [Tooltip Not Found] aimed and ready to fire!
The Hobgoblins look up from the Laughing Lady and see the charging party. A big one in the back sounds the alarm. Those that speak goblin can hear:
"Shit! Attackers, and it looks like an elf! Everyone form up around the prisoner!"
The big one rushes forward, pushing a goblin into formation and getting to the center of the line. Two other hobgoblins help form the line and two fall back a few steps, Longbows raised.
HG1 Bow attack on Ireniana: 5 + 3. The arrow streaks through the brush and pierces into the elven fighter for 3 piercing damage.
Droop's held attack releases and he releases an arrow from his Shortbow at H4: 15. The little goblin learned well from his training and the arrow drives right into the Hobgoblins neck for 6 + 1 piercing damage. H4 is looking pretty rough.
Rosie and Ireniana's held attacks release now too!
HG2 takes a shot at Rosie: 15 + 4. The arrow finds it's mark, doing 9 piercing damage to the little halfling.
HG3 and HG4 ready attacks if any of the party gets within melee.
G1 takes a shortbow shot at Ireniana: 18 + 1. But the arrow gets tangled in the brush between them. G2 takes a shortbow shot at the now visible Droop: 9 + 4. The arrow manages to hit Droop for 5 piercing damage. G3 takes a shot at Rosie: 9 + 3. And the arrow hits! 3 piercing damage. G4 readies a shortsword attack if any of the party gets within melee.

Umbriel will run up and take position next to Rosie, and cast Crown of Madness on the big Hobgoblin in the middle (HC) - he'll need to make a DC14 Wisdom save, or else a jagged iron crown will appear on his head and he'll feel the irresistible urge to make a melee attack on HG3.
Baeshra will gesture at the pack of enemies and command the roots of the trees to ruse up and grasp them before shifting to dinoform and racing straight south.
Action: entangle on the group, looks like I can get everyone but hc2 and g1, including the prisoner. DC14 str save or restrained, whole 20x20 area is difficult terrain.

HG4, G3 and G4 are Restrained. Keep that in mind anyone that goes after Baeshra, which is everyone.
Baeshra summons help from the trees and manages to entangle a few of the critters before he turns into a Deinonychus and races south.

Lyngheid makes it to the fools, Restrained G4's attack roll was actually at disadvantage, so it definitely doesn't land.
