The Laughing Lady Satyr sings her clever song as the arrows fly and she starts to work on the manacle's lock (make one more check, for the disadvantage), and then a Strength check to avoid being Restrained due to Baeshra's spell.
Ireniana moves up and gets a good shot in on Goblin G3, he is looking pretty rough. The Hobgoblins start to strain at their bonds when they see the Elf get so close.
Droop moves south and takes a shot at G3 as well, 11. The plucky goblin is on fire, as the arrow sinks into G3, doing 8 piercing damage. Which is enough to drop G3. Droop dives in the bushes and tries to hide after his shot: 16.
HC, still under the effects of Umbriel's spell takes a wild swing at his Hobgoblin compatriot: 13, who luckily was ducking to avoid an arrow and the Greatsword swung over his head. HG1 maneuvers to get a clear shot at the Elf and fires at Ireniana: 5. The arrow flies true and pierces into Ireniana for 6 piercing damage. HG2 can't quite get a bead on the hated elf, so it takes a shot at Whistler: 16. Who just manages to avoid the arrow. HG3 holds the line and swings at Whistler: 12, but the Longsword bounces right off Whistler's Greatsword. HG4 tries to break free from the magic roots: 5. It does! and then takes a step out of the magically altered terrain.
G1 takes a shot at Whistler 5, but misses! And then it ducks into the bush and tries to hide: 11. And it is well hidden! G2, spurred on by the Hobgoblin, rushes forward to fill the hole left by G3, and takes a bow shot at Lyngheid: 8. But it bounces off her armor. G4 snarls and tries to swing at Lyngheid through the vines: 8. Somehow, through the vines and roots entangling it, it still manages to cut into the plucky dwarf for 4 slashing damage.
HC Wisdom Save: 13. The spell]Crown of Madness[/spell] remains!
Whistler steps right up and takes out HG3 in one blow!! (Nice Crit!) and then tries to swing at HC, but misses!
Summary: - Laughing Lady Satyr needs one more Thieve's Tools check, (Disadvantage due to being manacled), and then a Strength Saving Throw or is Restrained. - Lyngheid takes 5 slashing damage.

Umbriel grins, relishing in his control over the hobgoblin captain. He'll maintain concentration and have the captain strike one of the goblins next to him, targeting G4 first, or G2 if the other becomes a casualty before his turn.
The Laughing Lady almost gets her manacles picked, but the pick slips at the last second! And then Baeshra's spell surrounds her and she is now Restrained. (Still make Thieves Tools checks at Disadvantage. Once you get free, then you need an action to try and break the spell restraint. This was your Round 1 turn. You still have Round 2.)
Dino-Baeshra comes racing in and claws HG4. His first attack lands, and HG4 falls to the ground. He quickly moves to G2, and finishes off the Goblin with his Hungry Jaws.
Umbriel maintains his hold over the Hobgoblin Captain!
Lyngheid smashes her glowing rings of Spiritual Weapon into HG1, but his armor absorbs the blow. Then she casts Sanctuary (on whom?).
Round 3:
Ireniana rushes in and switches to her Longsword to finish off G4 in one well-aimed strike. She advances to the Hobgoblin Captain and takes a swing, but misses!
Droop, seeing goblinoids fall, rushes back to Umbriel and keeps an eye on the rear in case anything tries to sneak up on them. BA Hide: 24.
Rosie, with G4 down, sends her bolt at the Hobgoblin Captain instead, but it pings off his heavy armor. She summons her Spiritual Weapon and it crashes into HG2, felling the Hobgoblin.
The Hobgoblin Captain is not amused. Since it has no goblins or hobgoblins left to target, it swings futilely before turning to run. HG1, seeing it's captain start to run, covers his retreat by firing at Ireniana, and then following suit. Attack on Ireniana: 9. The arrow doesn't even come close! G1 pops up and uses it's action to run far away, and a bonus action to hide again: 11. But everyone sees it!
Laughing Ladygets her Round 2 turn to try and free herself from the manacles, and her Round 3 turn. Baeshra, Whistler, Umbriel, Lyngheid take your Round 3 turns. Ireniana, Droop, Rosie take your Round 4 turns.

The Laughing Lady Satyr continues to sing while she works the pick through the lock. Getting the right angle is hard with both hands shackled by said lock. And magical vines holding her in place.
Ireniana will move 25 feet next to Lygenheid and fire an arrow into G3.
