It is a high, narrow hall and looks as if it might have been part of a chapel or shrine at one time. Angelic figures are sculpted along the room’s upper reaches, looking down on the floor below. To the north, heavy curtains block a matching pair of archways. Between the archways is a cracked but ornately carved stone brazier.

When Rosie casts light on her staff, both her and Lynched eyes are drawn to the ornate decorations on the walls. Just when they are about to place which deities they might represent everyone hears a slithering and scraping at the north end of the chamber. You look up to see a hideous, green and very large snake like creature unfolding from the shelf above the curtains. It's head opens to reveal massive tentacles and beaks! It looks like it was trying to wait for you to pass under it so it could pounce, but something gave it away.

Droop Initiative: 21
Droop draws an arrow in his shortbow and let's it fly at the creature: 21. The arrow flies straight and pierces into it for 6 damage + 3 from Fury of the Small.
Action and bonus action attack and then Fancy Footwork her away 10 feet back away from it without promoting an attack of opportunity.
Your attacks can't quite reach it, as it hasn't come down yet. Do you want to move up and Ready just one of those if it gets within range? You would have to stay there, though, not move away, as you can't move after your Ready action is triggered.

Lyngheid squares off and readies her trusty mace.
Umbriel instinctively looses an <southern drawl>Eldritch Blast</southern drawl> and it tears into the hideous creature.
Nyx launches a crossbow bolt at it, which pierces into the creature, but just barely.
Baeshra in dino form, makes his way to the back of the room.
The hideous snake-like creature with tentacles drops down to the floor and whips it's tail at Lyngheid: 8, but the tail bounces off of her armor. It then slashes it's tentacles at Ireniana: 9, who manages to get her shield in front of them and deflect their blow.
The huge mass of the creature was hiding a similar, smaller creature. Now exposed, it slithers down the wall and and attacks Lyngheid: 24, this one's tentacles slash into the sturdy dwarf, doing 11 slashing damage. With it's tentacles latched onto her, it also tries to bite her with it's hideous beak! 17 and it manages to find flesh, doing 13 piercing damage.
Summary: - Lyngheid takes 13 slashing damage and 13 piercing damage, collapsing to the floor, unconscious. - Before she falls, her readied Mace attack is released. Make your attack on the vile creature!

Nyx twists her nose up as if she smelt something off.
"Ohh my, that is definitely not an orc but it's still ugly... how about you go to sleep for us you over sized nightmare."
The satyr jumps forward at the creature, her blades flicking towards it. As she attacks, she spins backwards and while still facing it, backs away.
