Once they are done, Ireniana says," I think we could escort Gundren to his brothers unless there are other jobs we can do. We can always come back to Phandalin for more work."

I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Baeshra wait in the forest with the owlbear while Whistler shops, using speak with animals to try and teach it some basic commands in draconic, ‘stop’, ‘kill’, and ‘wait’. Animal handling: 20 (If I get advantage because I can speak with it, 16)
Unless he is able to find his tattooist, he would also try and enlist Whistler to help him tattoo his, Baeshra’s, skull with a strange druidic design.
Nyx flits around between stores, selling off a few items and picking up a a suit of studded leather.
Once done she starts to pester the rest of the group, just following them around and telling stories. "Have you ever heard the story about the runaway princess from Cormyr? She lived with a band of dwarves for a long time over The Vast..."

Umbriel nods. "Skin black as pitch? Hair white as snow? Yes, that's an old story about a drow heiress being hunted by the Matron mother of her house. Strange affair, that."
Whistler walks up to Barthen and procures his 10 days of rations for 5 GP and a small cask of brandy for 10 GP. Then he asks about the dried cow carcass.
Barthen spits out the drink he was taking a sip of. "Say that again sonny? You want one half of a cow? And you want it dried? What do you want with that much cow?"
"That they must. Well, let me think. I could get a half of a cow from the butcher, but it's going to take a while to salt it and dry it. That will be about 250 pounds of meat. At 1GP a pound, that's 250GP, and I can have that ready for you in about 2 weeks. How's that sound, little fella?"
Barthen raises an eyebrow and studies you. "Right. Give me a moment, please." He flips through some papers and makes some notes. Then: "Alright, I can come up with 50 pounds if you give me an hour. Will that work? 50 Gold."
Baeshra wait in the forest with the owlbear while Whistler shops, using speak with animals to try and teach it some basic commands in draconic, ‘stop’, ‘kill’, and ‘wait’. Animal handling: 12 (If I get advantage because I can speak with it, 6)
The owlbear doesn't seem interested in learning, but it does ask you many questions about Droop and why the little bird man doesn't want it to eat Droop.
(Assuming the tattooist in at the inn when Baeshra returns)
Baeshra would recognize his old acquaintance and head over to him, talking quietly and gesturing to his head before handing over a sizable pouch of coin and settling down for his new tattoo (Eldritch Claw, 250gp for gems, plus 10gp for ink, deducted from his inventory).
When finished, it resembles a misshapen blue-black hand reaching up from the back of his neck with one clawed finger running down either side of his jawline, another on either side of his eyes, and a fifth running between his eyes and down his snout.
Whistler nods and hands over the 50 gold pieces, cocking his head in a very bird-like manner.
"Very good then, my little friend. Should I start on the half cow for pickup in two weeks? Payment would be half now, half on pickup."
As the party trickles back into the Inn that afternoon, Baeshra is suprised to find a dark-skinned human, Winter Wildwing, decked out in tattoos. The human recognizes Baeshra and greets him from across the room. "Baeshra! Fancy meeting you here. What are you doing in these parts? I'm on my way to Neverwinter to pick up supplies for the business." He gestures to a very large and very strong Half-Orc standing next to him. "You remember...well, probably not. This here is Krusk. He keeps an eye on me and my belongings if you know what I mean." Winter continues with a wink.
After introductions and discussions, Winter continues "You finally going to get one of those Eldritch Claw tat's, aye? That's swell! You know I've got enough gem dust for quite a few of the common ones or a couple more uncommon tattoo if the rest of you are interested?"
Winter leads Baeshra to the room he rented at the Inn, and an hour later Baeshra comes out sporting his new tattoo. "Anyone else?"
Umbriel politely declines. "If you have the capability to do something a little rarer, I can work on collecting the requisite materials. I'm interested in upgrading my ability to move unfettered when necessary. I know you won't be here long, but we can find you in Neverwinter?"

"Oh I can do something rarer, don't you worry. Yes, I'll be in Neverwinter for a couple of weeks. Heading north after that. I'll leave word as to where I'm going."
Baeshra will gingerly run his hand over his new tattoo as he rejoins the others, "Yes, this is good. It seems chasing dwarves around for each other is profitable enough that I can finally afford your prices. I have a few other designs to try later if it continues to be profitable."
Lyngheid is certainly happy to assist her cousin again, but she does note that they should probably attend to the banshee at some point, nodding to their newest member.
The dragon she is happy to leave as long as possible.
The party eats an early dinner at the inn (3 Silver each) and turns in early so they can get a good start in the morning (2 GP for the 4 rooms, Droop pay 5 silver for their room).
Everyone sets out on the 19th of Flamerule, Gundren leading the way. You travel for about half a day, going quickly, no time for foraging, and Gundren announces that you are getting close a little before lunch time. He leads you to a norrow tunnel whose entrance is hidden within the Sword Mountain foothills.
OOC:
Climbing up or down the wall of the pit with the rope requires no check.

Whistler tops off his firewater and grabs 10-day rations. He then also asks how much half a dried cow carcass is for Owlbear.
