Nyx enthusiastically prances over to the iron strongbox, slipping out a little pouch that when unrolled seems to contain a number of keys and wires and other lock picking tools.
You spend about 5 minutes trying to pick the lock, getting a tumbler here or there, but they all fall back down and this one eludes you for the time being.
The Strongbox is about 40 pounds. You can leave it and come back when you have more time, try and take it with you, or everyone except you take a short rest and you can try picking it again.
When you open the door you see splintered stone benches and heaps of rubble from a partially collapsed ceiling fill this room. Amid ruined stone bunks and toppled weapon racks are the bones of several dwarves and orcs.
Seeing fallen dwarves Lyngheid goes to each and settles their spirits with a prayer from the Mother, she also searches each one because Dwarves are nothing if not practical.
As Nyx moves across the room, and Lyngheid starts to lay the dwarven remains to rest, and the other party members explore the room, the piles of orc bones begin to stir and knit together forming Orc Skeletons and two large Skeleton Knights!
Skeleton Initiative: 9
Everyone roll initiative and if higher than the skeletons take your first round turn.

Lyngheid charged forward ( 1 square north of owlbear and take the AOO from S7 if needs be), then grasped her holy symbol tight and called out to the Mother to protect them.
(As a reminder, undead need to pass a DC14 Wisdom save before targeting Umbriel, unless he attacks them first.)
First things first, Umbriel will cast False Life on himself for 13 temp HP. He will then move to the spot directly in the middle of S3, S5, S6, and SK1, and hang out, waiting to help other folks with flanking.

Droop takes aim at S7: 13 and hits it with authority! 10 piercing damage before he dashes up to the northern wall to support Ireniana.
Whistler goes into a rage before hitting S4 for 21 damage, obliterating it!
Ireniana takes a step towards S7 and connects. S7 is looking rough, even for a skeleton.
Baeshra charges S2 and lays some damage down on it, Hungry Jaws hits. S2 is also looking in tough shape now.
Lyngheid darts past S7 taking an Attack of Opportunity: 13, but the Great Axe whizzes harmlessly over her head. She gets into position and Channel's Divinity to Turn Undead. Wisdom Saving Throws: S1, S2, S3, S5, S6, S7, SK1, SK2: 7, 4, 14, 12, 12, 18, 14, 7
S1, S3, S6, SK2 are turned. Lyngheid, then casts Sanctuary on Nyx, but Nyx makes an attack, ending the spell.
Nyx prances around S1, slashing and dashing! Both of her attacks miss the Skeleton Orc.
The Skeletons are up!
S1 under the effect of Lyngheid's Turn Undead, runs into the wall to the south. It turns to see Nyx one way, another skeleton the other and takes the Dodge.
S2 attacks Dino-Baeshra: 11, but misses!
S3 flees from Lyngheid, seeing the open door and makes a break for it. Lyngheid, Whistler, Ireniana, Droop and Rosie get Attacks of Opportunity on it. If it makes it that far it will run out the door and use it's action to Dash further away.
S5 sees Lyngheid and Whistler and makes right for them. Unintentionally flanking Whistler with S7, but attacking Lyngheid: 13, the GreatAxe connects, doing 8 slashing damage.
S6 darts away from Lyngheid.
S7 wants to attack Umbriel: 2, but can't, so it swings around and takes a swipe at Ireniana: 13, the Axe bouncing off of her armor.
SK1 runs down and takes a swing at Owlbear! 24, but the blow goes right over Owlbear's head!
SK2 tries to run from Lyngheid as well, taking the Dodge.
Summary: - Lyngheid, Whistler, Ireniana, Droop, Rosie get AoO on S3. - Lyngheid takes 5 slashing damage. - Attacks on S1 & S6 & SK2 have Disadvantage due to Dodge action.

Nyx will help look around for the key.
As the group moves to the second room, Nyx wanders inside and searches around the room (including that alcove that is still dark).
