OOC: To make it easier, I'm fine with only the PCs getting a share of the loot.
(Right, but how many is it total, lol, I think I came up with a total of 14 characters in the campaign page at one point? I figured just split with those that are still active, but I've lost track of who/how many that is. Sorry.)
I meant just the 7 characters that we are continuing forward with.
The party wakes after spending the night on the side of the Triboar Trail, having decided to wait until morning to finish the journey to Phandalin. It's a bit chilly, but there is not a cloud in the sky for the first rays of sun to bounce off of.
After breaking camp and hitching the carts and wagon of supplies up the party heads out for Phandalin. After a half day, you approach the town:
Whistler strolls into town, whistling a tune to keep the party entertained.
Performance: 10 In the rare circumstance of being slightly sober when he originally heard the tune, he nailed the mimicry without dipping into another song. For Whistler could tell that his firewater was running low and if he doesn't find a drink soon to replenish the vessel, he would certainly regret what could happen... A sober Barbarian has no place in the natural world.
The party makes their way to Barthen's Provisions and then the Lionshield Coster. We'll do Barthen's Provisions first (unless you meant to split the party, Omen, let me know).
Sildar bids farewell: "Thank you again, friends! I'm going to get a room at the Stonehill Inn, I suggest you do as well. Come see me in the Townmaster's Hall tomorrow and I'll have your gold for you."
Phandalin is not that big, and can be walked from end to end in a couple of minutes, so you have no trouble finding Barthen's Provisions. Barthen's is the biggest trading post in Phandalin. When you walk in, you see the shelves stock most oridanry goods and supplies, but no weapons or armor. A lean, balding human male of about 50 years is behind the counter with a kindly manner. There are a couple of young clerks who are stocking shelves and waiting on one other customer. Barthen speaks up as you enter:
"Hello travelers, you look like you just got off the road. Welcome to Phandalin! And welcome to Barthen's Provisions. I'm Barthen, how can I help you?"
"Good day, sir. I believe part of our party was contracted to deliver some of the goods on the cart outside to your establishment. In addition to that, I'd like to see if you have a map of the area available for purchase? We are new arrivals and it would be good to familiarize ourselves with the region." Though unused to speaking up first, Umbriel decides to play a little cagey with his information, as this "Black Spider" makes him a little uneasy.
"Well, we've got a shipment coming in from Goods and Sundry, and another for..." Barthen opens up a well used ledger and runs his pen down it then looks up. "Rockseeker. Do you have Gundren's wagon? I was expecting him a few days ago but haven't seen him or his brothers."
Whistler standing behind Umbriel waiting for the words to be said so he can ask for a refill on his waterskin. A look of confusion on his feathery face as he lost the voice word for the firewater he so loves. Cocking his head from side to side in a birdlike manner, he looks for items that he might need. Failing to see, he tugs at Umbriels' leg, "Purchase" he mimics, pointing at the waterskin filled with fiery hatred.

Barthen sees the Kenku point to the waterskin: "Hello, little friend! It's been awhile since I've seen one of you. Would you like a waterskin? We have those! Please and thank you and a pleasure!"
Umbriel will look down and see what Whistler is pulling at his leg for. Having observed the kenku taking many swigs from his waterskin, but not really sure what is in it, Umbriel will ask "May I?" and take the flask from his aggressive little friend. Unscrewing the stopper and taking a brief whiff of the potent fumes, Umbriel will wrinkle his nose up, look deeply into Whistler's eyes to make sure he understands, and then ask Barthen, "I believe what my companion is asking for is a refill. Do you have anything harder than ale, or should we inquire at the local pub for that? Also, for my purposes, do you happen to have any healing draughts? If so, would you accept this jade frog in trade for one?"

Barthen chuckles: "Oh, no. We just have empty water skins and casks of water. Try the Stonehill Inn for ale and liquor. Stay away from the Sleeping Giant tap room though. Those nasty Redbrands hang out there. They are bad for business."
"As for healing potions, no. I don't think anyplace in Phandalin sells them, but you may want to try Sister Garael at the Shrine of Luck, our only temple."
"So, was it Gundren Rockseekers wagon of supplies that you are delivering?"

Umbriel, you estimate that the Jade Frog is worth 30-50 gold pieces.
Damian_May and Gorthmorg, take an inspiration point if you don't have one already for the touching Lyngheid & Helgrid scene!

(So 100 copper and 30 silver each, and 5 gold that doesn’t split evenly, party fund?)
Lyngheid decided to take the lead and deliver the supplies to Barthen's Provisions. One step at a time.....
Ireniana helps Lyngheid deliver the goods.
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Omen
Omen will go along and help deliver the supplies to Lionshield Coster.
After which he will find a place to stable Percy and take a room at the local inn, with the rest of the party.

Omen
OCC: No, if the party is delivering both as a group he will tag along.

"And yes, I can sell you a map of Phandalin."
(The newbies brought a mule with them right? Good to assume Baeshra added his excess gear to that mule?)
At the shop, he would curiously browse around, looking for anything unusual or interesting.
Omen
Omen has a mule-Percy, and if it was wanted Percy could be hitched to a cart to help pull.....

Omen will pull away from the group, taking Percy by the reins, smile and say "Good luck to you young people."
With that he will start his journey home.

Lyngheid waved goodbye to the crotchety old human, preening a little at being grouped in with ' young people'.
She looked about the shop but decided not topurchase anything for now.
" Dear Oh Dear, Cousin.....what have you dragged me into....", she muttered to herself.
Barthen chuckles: "Oh, no. We just have empty water skins and casks of water. Try the Stonehill Inn for ale and liquor. Stay away from the Sleeping Giant tap room though. Those nasty Redbrands hang out there. They are bad for business."
