Umbriel will drop concentration on Lyngheid's invisibility, and will use a combination of movement and the Blessing of the Raven Queen to get within 60 feet of Duke Zalto, and then he'll use two sorcery points to cast Darkness on the Duke's Head. With any movement he has left, Umbriel will drop behind cover.
You can teleport with your Blessing, but there's not anywhere to teleport to unless you want to appear in mid air, 60 feet above the Duke and fall on him?
Whistler and Nyx's boulder heads straight towards the fire giants. Each of you roll 5d6.
A huge splash erupts around Ireniana's boulder as it crashes into the water side of the dam, missing the giants!
Lyngheid isn't used to targeting something almost directly below her and her Guiding Bolt goes high, missing the Duke.
(I was picturing a different terrain scenario, but that works, actually - Umbriel will appear above the Duke, cast darkness that he can see through thanks to casting this with sorcery points, land on him and then we'll go from there)

Narrow valley, steep cliffs on each side rising 100 feet above the dam.
With your 30 foot blessing of the Raven Queen, and the giant's head being 20 feet up off the ground that's a 50 foot fall. Make a DC15 Dex Save to catch yourself on the Duke's head, taking 24 damage on a fail, half on a success.
The Fire Giant's Dex Save against full damage from Whistler and Nyx's boulder: 18.
Baeshra shifts into a giant eagle, scoops up as large a rock as he can swoops over the edge, drops it on one of the giants on the dam and swoops back out of sight of the giants.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Round 1 (Surprise Round):
Giant Boulders start crashing down, one falling into the water, but one smashes right into the first giant at the dam, and knocks him flat on his back.
Umbriel suddenly disappears only to appear in mid air, 30 feet below the rest of the group and plummets on top of the Duke as a sphere of magical darkness surrounds the Duke's head.
Baeshra's Tidal Wave goes off, catching the two standing giant's at the dam and the Duke. The giant's at the dam Dex Save: 17, the Duke at disadavntage because he's blind: 6.
The two giants at the dam and the Duke take the full 23 damage and are knocked prone. Umbriel, on top of the Duke's head, avoids the 10 foot tall wall of water, but gets a little wet as the Duke falls into it.
Round 2:
Baeshra shifts into an eagle and picks up a rock (action to scoop it up with your large talons), preparing to drop it on the giants. Make a Dexterity check when you are ready to drop it.
Nyx, Lyngheid and Whistler are up for Round 2, the Fire Giants are all alive, but Prone on the ground.
Nyx hurtles down the hill, keeping as much distance from the others as is reasonable while screaming out a war cry in Sylvan.
"Wayfaring warrior soul - still wild, the archer stands, arrow measured to the goal - sing of strong and buxom women, in his mind there is a vision wandring, through the mountains, telling of riches only given if through, the woods the way is found
Crying ah! beautiful dancers ...wake up, from your sleep!
Ahhh gentle romancers...drink of love, So sweet!"
OCC: Moves 35 feet, bonus action dash 35 feet and her war cry is the Faerie Fire spell (DEX Save DC14 - does prone give them Disadvantage on saves?). Can she catch Zalto and the hounds together in the 20 feet cube of party vibs?

Hold up, we're still on the first surprise round.
Everyone roll initiative (Baeshra already did) and take your second round turn if higher than the giant's initiative of: 6.
Nyx, still need your 5d6 damage roll.
( Sorry, works a bit of a pain at the mo so didn't want to hold anyone up if I can't post in the next couple of days.)

Lyngheid refocused and aimed at the same giant again with her Guiding Bolt.
Attack: 14 Damage: 10

Nyx - Satyr | Level 9 | Rouge/Swashbuckler 5 - Bard/Collage of Lore 4 - Lost Mine of Phandelver/Storm King's Thunder
Yes, it would be disadvantage() if they are prone.
Whistler rages and takes the dash action (100ft) to get down to the Fire Giants.
OOC: Mobile allows to ignore difficult terrain on a dash action.
