Baeshra would head straight along the road towards them with Nyx and Umbriel(?).

Umbriel and some of the party start to sneak off to the side of the road, while Baeshra and others head straight down the center.

It doesn't take long before Umbriel trips over a rock and makes enough noise for the Ogres to turn and see.  They start shouting "Dinner!" and get ready to charge the party.

Everyone roll initiative and take your turn if higher than the Ogres.  They are still pretty far away.  Nyx and Whistler have not been spotted yet.

Ogre Initiative: 17

Baeshra summons a fae spirit of fury 90 feet due east of his position, commanding it to attack the ogres, before shifting into dinoform and racing straight down the road.

Movement 40 feet down the road

Fey spirit moves 40 feet south east and bonus action teleports another 30 feet due east and then prepares to dodge incoming attacks.

Nyx will also hold an attack so she can crossbow the first Ogre that come within short range.

Ireniana will move 25 feet and she'll hold an action. When an ogre comes within melee range, she'll attack.

Lyngheid stayed at Umbriels shoulder ready to strike if they were attacked.

Ireniana moves up the road, and readies an attack.

Nyx waits in hiding?

Baeshra summons a Fae Spirit (does it look like a Satyr, Dryad, or Elf?), and sends it towards the Ogres, before shifting into Dino-Baeshra! and charging at the Ogres.

Lyngheid makes ready to defend Umbriel.

OG1 rushes forward, tossing his javelin at the Fae Spirit: 16, which just barely misses!

OG2 and OG3 and OG4 Dash up the road, slobbering and roaring.

OG5 runs toward the Fae Spirit and throws his javelin as well: 15, and this one definitely misses.

Droop makes a Perception check to their rear: 12, and then bonus action hides along the cart, ready to ambush anything that might be sneaking up on them: 22.

The party is up!

Lyngheid summons her Spiritual Weapon next to Ireniana to defend her.

Baeshra charges another 40 feet down the road, dodging incoming attacks while his thorny dryad continues to try and flank them, also dodging. 

Ireniana will move forward another 25 feet and hold her attack. If an ogre gets within range, she'll hit it.

"Why aren't we letting them come to us!" Nyx yells out with exasperation as she watches Baeshra charge off ahead.

Umbriel, still kicking himself for being so clumsy, says to Lyngheid, "They're almost close enough - I can cast the Crown on one of them, but I don't want to leave the cart. I trust Droop, but he may need help."

He'll take the Dodge action this turn.

 Umbriel dodges and waits, not getting too far away from the cart.

Ireniana moves up and readies an attack.

Nyx waits behind the rock, but yells out, blowing her cover.

Baeshra runs towards the Ogres, and [Tooltip Not Found] while his fey creature tries to get behind them.

Lyngheid keeps her Spiritual Weapon at the ready, but stays next to Umbriel.

O1 charges for the Fey, get's up to it and swings it's greatclub: 22, but the Fey manages to jump out of the way of the incoming blow.

The rest of the Ogres Dash straight up the road, heading for Baeshra!

The party is up, Whistler still has his Round 1 turn, too.
