Baeshra summons another bolt at the fire giant before sending a little healing towards Whistler and urging the owlbear to help Whistler flank the giant.

Lyngheid reached out towards Droop and muttered a prayer even as she brought Lightbringer across towards the giants knee.

Healing Word on Droop: 13

Nyx shakes her head, "One day... one day we will have a perfect ambush..."

OCC:

Round 1: Seeing the giants don't come within 30 feet, Nyx will fire her crossbow. Dis from distance, adv from hiding so its a flat roll.

Hand Crossbow: Attack: 22 Damage: 8

Round 2: Nyx moves 35 feet towards the wall and down. Seeing the commotion and the storm obscuring the giants vision she will bonus action hide against the wall and then fire her hand crossbow at it again.

Round 3: Nyx repositions herself, moving along the wall and into the gap leading tot he doors over the ravine. She will bonus action hide.

OCC: Also seeing Nyx moves 35 feet in Round two because of that extra 5 feet, I think I am just within 60 feet of Whistler when the fire giant hits him? If so on that second attack roll of 19 that does 32 damage, she will use Cutting Words as a reaction to drop that roll by 1d6, hopefully making it miss. 3

She'll attack two more times.

Round 2 Continued:

Lyngheid gives Droop a burst of healing and then lands a solid blow on the pesky Fire Giant!

Baeshra summons another Lightning bolt from his own personal storm cloud, and gives Whistler a little healing.  Fire Giant Dex Save: 21

Round 3:

Nyx brings the heat, launching bolt after bolt from her crossbow as she darts under the storm clouds and out the big double doors!  she also cuts with her words and distracts the Fire Giant enough so that Whistler dodges out of the way.  Baeshra, you can save that HEaling Word spell.

Ireniana swears at the Ogre and swings once, then twice!  Landing her second attack.

Whistler chirps loudly and tries to dice up the Fire Giant's legs, Reckless, GWM!!! 5, 20, damage: 23, 21

Owlbear ignores Baeshra and hides behind the hut.

Umbriel mixes it up, and then realizes he should have stuck with his trusty pair of Eldritch Blasts!

Droop is finally able to maneuver into position and flank the fire giant with Lyngheid, then he swings Baeshra's Spider Staff twice with two hands! 22, 22, damage: 8, 8 plus Fury of the Small if it hits.

The Fire Giant in the clouds drops to his knees so he can see his short attackers and then swings at Lyngheid: 29, damage: 25, and Droop: 18, damage: 27.  From his knees, he can see where the clouds start to thin, so he pops back up and runs for the edge, Droop and Lyngheid get AoO.  Droop's: 21, damage: 8.

Whistler's Fire Giant bellows and then attacks: 23, 29, damage: 35, 30

And the Ogre burps in Ireniana's face before swinging at her again: 19, damage: 11

Summary:
- Lyngheid takes 27 damage and gets an AoO on the Fire Giant.
- Droop takes 25 damage, and is still doing fine.
- Whistler takes 62, halved to 31 and 34 halved to 17 damage, and is starting to look a little hurt.

The party is up!  The northernmost Fire Giant is starting to look pretty rough.

Lyngheid moves after the fleeing Giant, " Get back here!"

She reaches out towards it divine radiance blasting from her hand.

Ireniana nods in approval at the burp and attacks the ogre once more

As a bonus action, Umbriel summons his staff, and seeing the giant charge toward him, throws two Eldritch Blasts at his face before running 30 feet toward Lyngheid.

Spiritual Guardians Damage: 10

Nyx runs swiftly under the clouds, following the fleeing giant.

"Never though something so big was such a coward" she yells as she aims and fires another bolt.

OCC: Move, bonus action dash to the edge of the clouds and then attacks with her crossbow at short range. If its is running away with its back to me.... do I get advantage?

Hand Crossbow  Attack: 21 Damage: 10

Round 3 Continued:

Lyngheid trots after the giant and launches a Guiding bolt that misses, but her Spirit Guardians take a chunk out of the giant.

Round 4:

Nyx charges after the giant before sinking a bolt into it's back (no advantage).

Ireniana continues her assault on the Ogre, landing another blow!

Whistler squeals and swings wildly, Reckless and GWM again! 16, 19, damage: 22, 24

Umbriel tries to close ranks with Lyngheid and fires off two Eldritch Blasts as he runs, the first one smacks into the fire giant, and the second one sails over the giant's head as he falls to the ground, dead!

Droop runs down to help Ireniana: 14, 7, damage: 8, 5

The remaining Fire Giant swings at Whistler: 16, 23, damage 31, 25

The Ogre continues to attack Ireniana: 26, damage: 18

Summary:
- Whistler takes 25 damage, halved to 12.
- Ireniana takes 18 damage, halved to 9.

Umbriel shifts his Hex over to the remaining giant, and continues to Lyngheid's side, then launches two Eldritch Blasts at the remaining giant.

Lyngheid started toward the other giant speaking a word of protection over Whistler as she approached.

Sanctuary on Whistler.

Nyx dashes down towards the last giant, "Umbriel, he was already falling before you hit him. From my bolt. I'm sure of it!"

Crossbow in one hand and her rapier now in her other, she leaps towards the oversized brute and aims for his hamstring.

OCC: Moves 35 feet towards the giant, jump 7 Mirthful Leap which I think should get her to the giant?

Umbriel fires back with a grin at Nyx. "As long as it's them for the Raven Queen and not us, I don't care who drops them... But I'll wager you a gold piece that I claim Zalto's head before you!" 

"Ha, your on cheapskate Umriel. I'll raise you to at least 10g. The Duke has to have a massive stash down there somewhere so you should be able to get plenty of shines to pay me with. Just remember I prefer payment in precious jewels" she smirks.
