On his turn, Umbriel will run to the right side of the map, and center up on the narrow passageway between the two buildings. He'll cast False Life on himself with his Fiendish Vigour trait for an additional 8 temp HP.

If possible Nyx will Bonus Action Dash through the mist up against the building she next on and then across the street towards the central right building. She will then use her movement to climb onto the roof and take up a hidden position to launch a sneak attack with her crossbow.

Round 1 (Surprise Round!):
Lyngheid casts Beacon of Hope on everyone and moves up a bit.
Umbriel darts up front and then down the cross street on the right.
Like a dart, Nyx runs over to the next building, scales the gutters with ease, and then sinks a bolt in to the frost giant below her.
Droop breaks his cover to dart forward, shoot two arrows at Nyx's Frost Giant: 14, 23, add a distracting strike to one of them if it hits: 10 + 3, 8, and then bonus action hide's: 28
Ireniana moves up and let's the big dog eat! She lands both her arrows!
Baeshra casts his Confusion spell on the Frost Giants, getting the lower 3. Wis saves: 4, 8, 13
Oh no, all 3 Frost Giant's save against Baeshra's Confusion spell!
Round 2!
The wounded Frost Giant that Nyx and Droop have been picking on walks up to Nyx, and can easily reach her even though she's on top of the roof. He swings at her even though he's looking around for the nimble little goblin who sunk an arrow into him (with disadvantage() due to Droop's Distracting Strike): 17, damage: 33, second attack: 19, damage: 22.
The second Frost Giant can just make it to Ireniana and he swings his great axe at her twice: 12, damage: 23. second attack: 21, damage: 22.
The third Frost Giant runs around the house in his way trying to flank the attackers, and the 4th, not quite as smart as the 3rd, runs up the street and squeezes between his two companions, crashing through the roof overhanging the porch. Nyx, make a Dex Save to jump back to the house roof as the one you are on crumbles to the ground!

Lyngheid is vibrating with excitement but holds herself still until calmer heads advise moving.
She does mutter a prayer over the group though waiting until just before they move to engage.

"Where's Harshnag when you need him?" Umbriel mutters under his breath.
Umbriel looks around for somewhere that could be helpful in channeling the giants into a killzone, or at the very least away from civilian casualties.

Umbriel, the streets themselves make a pretty good killzone, as these giants take up the entire street.
Baeshra, they are close together. The 4th one is just out of sight below, but you catch glimpses through the fog.
Baeshra looks to the others to confirm they're ready, then casts confusion centered to affect as many of the giants as possible.
