Baeshra will continue his attacks on the leader, if he falls, he’ll move forward to pen them all in.
Bite:Attack: 23 Damage: 6 piercing
Claw: Attack: 5 Damage: 4 slashing
Claw: Attack: 12 Damage: 8 slashing
Hungry Jaws bonus action: Attack: 9 Damage: 3 piercing
(Hungry jaws missed last time, so it wasn’t expended. Neat little part of it. “If the attack hits, it deals its normal damage, and you gain temporary hit points (minimum of 1) equal to your Constitution modifier, and you can’t use this trait again until you finish a short or long rest.“)

Umbriel sends another Eldritch Blast at BB4, smacking square into the bugbear's back, the bugbear is looking really hurt. Umbriel ducks into the room, but leaves his head peaking out the door to keep an eye on things.
Rosie darts into Umbriel's spot and takes a shot at BB4: 20. The bolt hits the same spot as the Eldritch Blast doing 6 damage and the Bugbear collapses.
Ireniana rushes down to BB1 and takes a wild swing at the ferocious bugbear, but misses!
Baeshra launches a flurry of attacks at the Bugbear leader, but the only one to do any damage is his bite attack (Hungry jaws missed as well).
Whistler jumps over the body of BB4 and slices at BB3 with his Greatsword: Attack: 19. The sword slices a great swath out of the Bugbear, doing 9 damage.
Lyngheid moves down and squeezes past Ireniana far enough to get in a mace strike: Attack: 4. But the blow goes wide!
Mosk, (BB1) roars in frustration and shouts back to Umbriel, "He can tell us that himself after I kill these adventurers and then take you to Wave Echo Cave to face him!" And then he swings with his morningstar at the angry dino in front of him: Attack: 11, Damage: 10 piercing.
BB2 takes a swing at Lyngheid: Attack: 6, but the blow bounces off of her scale mail armor.
BB3 turns around to see Whistler straddling his fallen companion and lashes out with his morningstar: Attack: 13, piercing into the brave Kenku for 8 damage.
Round 3 Initiative:
Umbriel: 19
Rosie: 17
Ireniana: 13
Baeshra: 7
Whistler: 6
Lyngheid: 4
Bugbears: 4
Summary:
7 piercing damage to Whistler.
Maybe 7 damage to Dino-Baeshra.
Alright, the party is up, 12 hours to post your turns!
Ducking back into the hallway for a shot, Umbriel will move his Hex onto BB3, then send another Eldritch Blast up the bugbear's nose. Attack: 23 Damage: 4
If the attack hits, here's the Hex damage: 6
Then back into the room like before, leaving space for Rosie to act when she can.
Whistler shrugs off the wound and mimics a Baeshra, Not Goblin dino roar. He drives his greatsword toward BB3.

Lyngheid attempted to return the favour to her attacker...

Baeshra takes the hit with a snarl before trying, again, to hit the thing in front of him.
Bite:Attack: 12 Damage: 10 piercing
Claw: Attack: 19 Damage: 10 slashing
Claw: Attack: 8 Damage: 8 slashing
Hungry Jaws bonus action: Attack: 16 Damage: 10 piercing
Umbriel seems to be getting pretty good at these Eldritch Blasts and lands another one on BB3, before ducking back into the room to share the firing spot with Rosie.
Baeshra takes another dino-bite out of BB1, this time his Hungry Jaws land! The claw attacks scrape futilely against the hide of the hairy beast though.
Whistler does a pretty good imitation of Dino-Baeshra, but his greatsword bounces off of BB3, doing no damage.
Lyngheid lands a hit on BB2, but just a glancing blow.
BB3 and BB1 are looking visibly wounded now.
Ireniana strikes BB1 with her longsword: 11. It hits! Doing 10 damage to the bugbear.
Rosie pops around the corner and lets BB3 have a bolt: 18. Unfortunately the bolt misses!
BB1 roars again and attacks the Dino in front of him: 11, damage: 12.
BB2 sends his morningstar straight at Lyngheid: 9, hitting and doing 14 piercing damage.
BB3 gets really upset and tries to pound Whistler into the ground with his morningstar: 11. But misses, striking Whistler in the shoulder and doing no damage.
Summary:
Dino-Baeshra takes 9 piercing damage.
Lyngheid takes 7 piercing damage.
The party is up! Post your turns!
Ireniana is going to once again attack BB1.
Attack: 7 Damage: 11
She's going to use Action Surge to make another attack.
Attack: 24 Damage: 9
She won't take any movement this round.
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
That'll do the trick! A second attack from Ireniana is enough to fell BB1, a.k.a. Mosk, the Bugbear.
Umbriel sticks to his tactics, and pops out long enough to take a shot at BB3 - Eldritch Blast: Attack: 17 Damage: 13
Hex damage: 6
Lyngheid staggered from the blow, and a wince told her she'd probably cracked a rib.
" Thats fair. Try this one."
Attack: 16 Damage: 2
Rosie fires off a shot at BB3! Attack: 6 Damage: 9

Baeshra will advance and attack the next bugbear in line, the blood from the last one dripping from his jaws.

Umbriel takes out BB3 with another well-placed Eldritch Blast!
Rosie fires at the only remaining bugbear, BB2, but misses!
Baeshra attacks BB2, getting a successful bite attack in.
Whistler chirps and advances on BB2, getting flanking advantage: 25. His greatsword pierces into the bugbear, doing 12 damage.
Lyngheid scores a glancing blow, but the bugbear barely notices.
BB2, barely clinging to consciousness, swings his morningstar at Dino-Baeshra: 14, landing a solid blow for 13 piercing damage.
The party is up, one more hit on BB2 will do the trick!
Baeshra will do the same old, same old.

The last bugbear collapses. Nicely done, all! Getting them penned up in the hallway and then springing the ambush worked pretty good!
What does the party do now?
Umbriel will step out of the room with the hapless goblin in it, while his companions are nearby. In a low voice, he'll talk to the party.
"We were told that a Cragmaw goblin was a slave here - I believe he's in this room. I'm inclined to try and 'befriend' him; perhaps he'll tell us more about this Black Spider and the location of Cragmaw Castle. One of the bugbears mentioned Wave Echo Cave, does that ring any bells? "
