The party moves around the nest, taking care not to be surprised. Fletcher and Walben check the area that was lived in and the perimeter. It is obvious that the person who lived here was dabbling in strange magic. Arcane for sure but beyond that it is hard to pierce it.
The tracks of a single booted humanoid, go in the forest for a while then they meet a group of others people but after a while they all disappear. It seems that they just vanished.
"Well either this person grew wings and flew away," Ambre says, inspecting the area where the tracks disappear. "They had one of their wasps, or a different creature pick them up and fly away, or they have access to teleportation magic. My thoughts are the latter option."
"Either way, the people in that village are not safe. Perhaps this issue ties with Tren's disappearance? I doubt so, but this search might take longer than a quick inspection,"Fletcher replies with the similar tone of the cooling breeze and rumbling thunder striking metal. His gaze goes towards the construct as Ambre speaks, feeling a sense of attachment and understanding to its purpose. Eventually, he looks to the sky, the longbow drawn on his unwavering grip, marching forward to continue searching for any humanoid traces other than simply just their trails.
His armour clinks and clanks, and the exposed mark continues to spark ever so slightly under his party's periphery vision. This Warforged has yet to explain any of these happenings, but seems to be content. With the plantantion and signs of age on his person, he somehow manages to remain stalwart and eerily construct-like rather than sentient for his exterior appearance.
Marcus looks over the area where it appears their mysterious wasp lover had been living. If he left in a hurry he, or she, must have left something behind. Hard to make sure you leave no trace if you're in a rush, there might be something a bit more specific to our prey here. Marcus inspects the living area or anything that might be hidden away, intentionally or accidentally by the fleeing subject that the others may have missed.

Beowulf looks around once more, Seems like there are no clues to be found here.
He turns around to the group Whoever was here is long gone now. How far would a wasp be able to carry a human? he asks the group Perhaps we can scout the surrounding area.
The Warforged begins to scan the surroundings once more, attuning his sense of navigation to his mind palace to thoroughly the remaining forest with his natural talent.
Fletcher easily manages to track the dead wasps scattered on the forest floor, taking into account a beast which seemed to have easily eaten them. He scours his data-banks for any information that would click with a rough description of what this beast could have been, using a narrow sketch in his mind palace to begin his mental search.
An error in his data-bank's knowledge impedes his thoughts; what's more, an electrical spark coming from the shock mark left on the exposed hole to the left of his scale mail covered torso shocks him for a moment, the blue-green orb-sized eyes turn white for a few moments. Fletcher's mind palace races to a memory, a memory where his frame had been smaller. His vision depicts him holding a small broken arrow, a person infront of caressing his small form, yet the person's face is blurred. A voice speaks out to him audibly, "I knew you were going to find it! Your mother is proud of you-" it cuts off mid-sentence, and he is brought back to consciousness. His body posture is completely fine, and the spark subsides as usual.
Before which, Fletcher returns his gaze to the group to say, "I doubt we will find more about the humanoid that lived among the wasps. These beast marks may be intriguing to examine, however," he says, pointing a free-hand not grasping the held longbow toward the eaten wasp carcasses.
"Hey Ambre check out these ruins someone has been tryin to call and control aberrant creatures. That might explane why the dead wasps have been burnt."
"Possibly," Ambre agrees, "though it doesn't rule out that someone was out here illegally experimenting on the insects."

Fletcher doesn't find much more. Several of the wasps come and go and are easy to take down.
The sun is going east now and you still have several hours of daylight.

Beowulf will take a look around, wandering somewhat away from the group but trying to stay within 50ft of the others.
(survival 6)
Instead of trying to find tracks he gets distracted and wanders around just enjoying the nature for a bit before returning to the group.
Ambre takes a look around the area, investigating for anything suspicious.

The area shows no sign that would explain how the man left the place but you find several runic circles drawn in the earth in some kind of amber.*
Arcana DC14
Someone has been trying to call and control aberrant creature. The runes are really well made and it is like each has been a try or something.
You do find a couple of dead wasps that have been partially eaten. The beast that did is quite large and left burnt marks on the bodies.
