(OOC: Sounds like peak low-level DnD to me LOL though I have to admit I am genuinely freaked out about that very real possibility. Pretty sure the boy helping us out is a cleric but even still this is looking really hairy)
(OOC: For sure - I was considering disengaging but I think when my turn comes around I'll stay and try to get a clean hit on my guy, should be able to take him out. With Relentless Endurance and Second Wind I should be able to weather at least a full round of attacks, if not two. Here's hoping we break out some more 20s).
Silent feels trickles of sweat running down his face - old fears are resurfacing. Never should've come here, he grunts, leaning in for another desperate horizontal slash at the creature's (Sah 2's) belly.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Okay if that attack managed to kill Sah 2, Silent will use 30ft. of movement to run towards the others (ending his movement directly above Keyo and to the left of Arael on the map; should be engaged with Sah 3 diagonally), and he will burn his Bonus Action to use Second Wind, healing 1d10+1 hit points.
Second Wind - 8
If Sah 2 is still standing, he'll stay engaged with it and won't do any of these things.

Sahuagin 2 takes a lot of damage from Silent's massive greatsword... but is still on its feet, intent on doing battle.
Pocket dodges a vicious claw swipe as he dart around wooden beach furniture to reach his fallen ally.
Shark Boy aka Joao, is lucky enough to have death saving throws...
8 Well, not that lucky it seems. He's landed face down in the water, and he takes in a great gulp - he's in imminent danger of drowning.
Shark Girl runs down the beach towards the sahuagin, coming in behind Sahuagin 4 and attempting an attack with a spear, all thoughts of caution forgotten:
Attack: 19 Damage: 8
It hits, but doesn't seem close to bringing this monster down.
Aurelio runs around the beach, giving the sahuagin a wide berth, and he grabs Joaa, pulls him up, and casts a spell on him. His wounds seem to heal magically, and he sputters, coughing up blood as his eyes open wide. Wha...? Aurelio replies: No time!
Seeing Keyo fall, Arael shouts at Pockets,
C'mon, get him up!
And casts another [spell]Ray of Frost[/] at Sahuagin #3
Attack: 25 Damage: 6
(OOC: The dice gods are mocking me)
Pockets calls back, I can’t. My tools are spent. I can stabilize him, but we need to kill these tuna men first.
(OOC: How magnificent would a TPK be right now? Level 1, still in the starting zone, killed by “fish people rolling too darned high.”)
(OOC: I already have some thoughts on a backup, just in case. It would truly be epic, lol! But next go round, we need a cleric or something!)

(OOC: Silent can heal some, too. I think we just had a series of low rolls with them rolling high.)
(OOC: yeah, the one-hit-KO was NOT OK. Hopefully we gain the upper hand with some decent hits before we expend all the healing spell slots.)

(OOC: Oh I thought Silent was a paladin.)
(OOC: Sorry to disappoint - yeah right now I wish I had Lay on Hands, haha.)
Arael, this ray of frost goes wide, missing the target.
Sahuagin 2 continues to attack Silent:
Attack: 16 Damage: 3
Attack: 8 Damage: 5
The teeth catch your off-hand, but you manage to pull it back; the wound hurts, but you've experienced worse.
Pockets and Silent are up.
Silent feels trickles of sweat running down his face - old fears are resurfacing. Never should've come here, he grunts, leaning in for another desperate horizontal slash at the creature's (Sah 2's) belly.
Attack 19 Damage: 12
Pockets uses Disengage and moves around the battle to get to Keyo.

Sahuagin 3 and 4
Arael
Sahuagin 2
Pockets and Silent
Joao, Girl and Aurelio
Keyo, please make a death saving throw.

Death Saving Throw: 19
Keyo coughs up more blood and the color begins to fade from his face...
That's one fail.

Sahuagin 3 moves a little and takes aim at Pockets:
Bite: Attack: 7 Damage: 9
Spear: Attack: 11 Damage: 3
Both attacks miss this time.
Sahuagin 4 instead focuses on the shark hunter girl now behind him, snarling as it does so:
Bite: Attack: 14 Damage: 4
Spear: Attack: 23 Damage: 10
The bite was a feint; it distracts her, and the spear plunges into her. She falls, bleeding and unconscious.
Arael is up.
(OOC: Thank Raei for scale mail.)
