The guards are up. But they're really not sure what to do - Silent's easy killing of two of them has scared them. G6, as Magnum just attacked him, turns and tries to strike back:

Guard 4 disengages and backs away. This is... there's no winning this.
Guard 3 seems more determined. There's only one way we live through this. And he moves to his side, and makes an attack... on Jetzo:

It doesn't hit, but Jetzo turns and with a look of cold anger he gestures towards the guard: You'll die slow for that.
Silent will then burn his Action Surge, letting him take a second angry strike. Since he is taking the attack action, he can Unleash Incarnation a second time.
(OOC: Pretty sure I counted this all correctly but let me know if I made a mistake. Also looking at this now I'm seeing it required moving diagonally between two enemies - not sure if that's legal.)
Silent, you swing your own greatsword slicing into Jetzo's body, as the Echo swings and misses. You then strike again, and miss, but this time your Echo swings wide and, as Jetzo is dodging your blow. His head is slicecd clean off and... you see it arcing through the air... and then a flash of white light. Then all you can see it white light and nothing else. You feel as though you are floating, and that the world has been sucked away from you, or you transported from it. You cannot move, not even to blink.
Magnum, you see Silent's echo decapitate the half-elf, and as it does so the sword Silent carries, and the duplicate sword that his Echo seems to hold, both flash white as an arc of lightning or magical energy flows between them. The Echo vanishes, and Silent appears to be dazed.
The guards, whether they were fighting with you, against you, or backing away, all drop their weapons are lift their hands up in the air.
Combat is over. Silent, you cannot take any action. Magnum, what would you like to do?
The guards look down at the bodies of the fallen men, their own and Jetzo as well. They argue amongst themselves for a while over whether to take Jetzo's body as evidence he is dead, but decide against it. They bring only the other guards, and leave Jetzo's horse as well.

If Jetzo is in range, Magnum will fire a Magic Missile at at his horse.

The smash to the face is gruesome to see; there's not much left of the guy's nose afterwards. He's still up, but badly hurt.
