Magnum casts Detect Magic and looks at Silent and his sword.
The sword is glowing brightly with Necromantic magic. The aura extends faintly around Silent as well.
Magnum is going to try to gently take the sword out of Silent's hand.
You are able to do so. There is no immediately change in Silent's condition.
Silent, make another WIS save.

No change. Silent, you are unaware of the passage of time, it feels like only an instant since you found yourself in this empty white space.
Magnum, Silent remains unresponsive. Jetzo's horse has wandered over to him and is sniffing his corpse.
(OOC: Does Magnum recognize this effect or can he discern anything with an Arcana check?)
Make an Arcana check, with disadvantage because this not anything you are familiar with.

Magnum, you don't know much about necromancy - it doesn't feature much in your spellcraft. However, you know that your father Taryon did know of a spell that will return a soul to the body if a person has died, but only a very short time afterwards. You don't know that spell as you are not yet powerful enough in your magical knowledge, but you understand its principles, and this seems to be... not the same, but similar.
Sorry to say this, Silent, but it looks like we wait. I don’t have the tools to get you out of this.
You do wait, and eventually Silent does make his saving throw and come out of it, probably around fifteen minutes after the fight ended.
Silent, as far as you are concerned, only a moment has passed since your Echo killed Jetzo. Nevertheless, the guards and their horses are gone, and only Magnum remains with Jetzo's horse. And possibly Jetzo's body - Magnum, have you done anything with the horse or body?
Aside from that, you feel fine and completely normal.
Magnum has moved the body away from the road and kept an eye on the horse. He’s not good with animals but he hoped to make use of it if Silent didn’t come to.
Silent, are you alright? What happened?
Silent instinctively raises his sword and scans the surroundings. What the - where are the other guards? He slowly takes in the fact that his Echo is missing along with all the guards and whirls around to Magnum, lowering his blade. I should be asking you that - did you see that white flash? Did we get attacked by a wizard?
