Akome watches his companions depart for a few seconds before he swivels in place to look towards the Kitsune Commander, "Well then, could I ask which village we are heading to, and if there are any objectives to be done there? A plan to—" he pauses to look for the word, "execute?" Akome visibly winces at the word, realizing how it can be inappropriate considering the situation the kingdoms at war are currently part of; his tone is curious, if not cautious. The greatsword glints from the sunlight reflecting from its sharpened condition, showing his experience of working with blades, perhaps. He wipes some sweat from his forehead uncovered by hair overlapping such with the back of his hand. He occasionally glances off to the side, his posture slightly relaxed while he waits.

"For the plans, you will have to wait until the briefing begins at that village due to the reports of some spies qho have been spotted recently. And as for the destination..."
He gets close enough to whisper: "A village in the Akamori state."
Akome, upon hearing the mention of the Akamori state, tries to search for a semblance of familiarity if he has either traded or heard of their existence while in his forge.
Upon a quick reality check of his own, he returns his attention to the Kitsune Commander, his crimson eyes showing a sense of innocence as he speaks, "Anyways, now that is said and done, what do you usually do on your free-time? As a person who swore an oath the forge and my patron god, Kagu-tsuchi, I have rather little time to mind with my self. It's comforting to know what others do on their own though, no?" He says, moving in place while his charismatic and innocent tone carries through his words. If not for his imposing Greatsword and armour, he would be quite a spectacle for one of the Half-Tengu commonfolks. His wolf-like features only add to such charm, his hair flowing well-kept by its own.

"Well, I do have kids and a wife so I just end up my spending time with them if not drinking with friends at the guildhall."
"Ah, hopefully when this war is over, you will be able to dedicate your time to family and accomplices, hm?" He replies, the same tone of charismatic yet naive innocence. His wolf-ears flap down in a reaction, returning to its upright form shortly after. For the remaining duration, Akome spends his time in light conversation with the Kitsune Commander, simply discussing of everyday activities and family, feeling a tinge of homesickness as far as he is from his home in the mountain. He shakes his head vigorously to remove the thought, focusing on his deity's wishes instead to motivate him further.
He occasionally strafes from side to side, mimicking a skittish person's movements to test his adjusted armor's capabilities.

"You are asking more about the route? Well, that makes sense, i suppose...
The moment we leave the gates of this state, just have your weapon ready at all times. Those traitors will not stop unless we are all either dead or already been robbed.
We may make detours if the scouts ahead of the caravan spots a number of them that is greater than our own."
Basho smiles slightly. ‘I know you hold your secrets close, Viscountess, but you need to start trusting us at some point. The more we know, the more we can help.’
(When they get to the rally point he’ll make sure he’s not sat inside a carriage.)

(When they get to the rally point he’ll make sure he’s not sat inside a carriage.)
"I do trust you folks already, really... Now is just not the right time since I did say that there are spies in this area at tr moment. But I will tell more once we are on the road outside of this village."
The arrival at the rally point was short but not short enough that it you didn't spot anyone that are acting like spies in alleyways and such.
Akome can be seen faced toward one of the kitsune commanders among those in the rally point at this point. He seems to have just finished a light conversation, ending it in a comfortable note. His attention relaxes, and he seems to would have headed for exploring the rally point until he realizes his companions are there with him. He hurries himself towards them, the greatsword clinking awkwardly on his waist, but it seems the scabbard is made well-enough to make no sounds.
"Howdy Salgim, Basho, and Viscountess," he does his best impression of a bow, obviously inexperienced with dealing in courtesy for nobles. His left arm bends as the hand cusps his waist, and his charismatic crimson eyes look to his party, "Apparently we're headed to the Akamori state. I've heard it exists from a trader that passed my village, but that's all I know. Anyway, how are the rest of you for this fine day? Might be a good day for a journey, so the mood better fit too," the Half-tengu smiles innocently, his tone uplifted compared to earlier. His eyes close to a slit, furthering the innocent look on his expression and posture. An infectious smile of optimism radiates from him.

All the soldiers and officers take notice of the Viscountess' presence and all showed their respect, clearly showing your party that she was indeed of a noble household.
"Yes, it is quite a good day for another journey.
Now then, shall we?"
She gets on one of the carriages that's been positioned around the middle of the currently-on-standby caravan.
Basho jumps up next to the driver of the carriage the Viscountess has chosen, leaning his spear on his shoulder so he can relax to the movement of the carriage. He turns to the driver, ‘Good day. I’m Basho, pleased to meet you. Don’t mind me here, sat on top is the closest I’ll get to sailing for a while.’
Once they set off, Basho relaxes into a mindful, aware state, feeling the movement of the air currents around him. He’ll keep a baseline level of awareness to make sure they aren’t caught unawares.
Perception: 7
Unfortunately, the movement of the carriage is too comfortable, and he feels himself drifting into a light doze.
Upon arrival at the rally point, Salgim stows his traveling pack away with the other cargo on the carriage that the Viscountess takes her seat in. He quickly checks that his weapons are secure on his person. Short swords sheathed on his back, long bow and quiver slung over his right shoulder, before changing into his tiny sparrow form.
Salgim the Sparrow will perch himself on the roof of the same carriage, and wait for their procession to begin moving before he takes flight to follow from above.

He continues the smile, but eventually returns to a neutral expression as his companions ride aboard the Viscountess' carriage. He moves along toward the carriage, opting to sit with the folk inside of the carriage proper, yet he edges to sit directly to the carriage's exit. He adjusts his greatsword sheathe to be removed and then reattached to his hip. He hums silently a prayer to his patron Forge God, looking for a tranquil journey frought with silence and a much needed break from the sounds of war.
Afterwards, the Half-Tengu spends the rest of his time on being alert for any threats that arise, occasionally looking out from the moving carriage via opening its attached doors, closing it soon after to not delay the carriage's movements. His facial expression seems relaxed, and his muscular form slips to becoming rather tender to feel less reluctant on the harrowing journey.

Does Akome's ability to perceive around him yield any results?
Either way, Akome freely accepts the breeze as they begin their travel, his white-hair with the crimson-tipped streaks along where hair-bangs would be flow freely from the pushing winds. He seems relaxed, but cannot shake the fact that his greatsword will be put to use anytime soon during these travels. Unsure of such repercussions, he silently continues to devote short prayers of worship and guidance to his Forge God patron.
