"May I?" Banzo asks before examining the scrolls to see what they are.
"Both are powerful, the Dawn spell probably a little more so regarding a necromancer if I am to choose but one?"
" Please, take both. You acquitted yourself well against the Iron Demon."
" You either have two Night Demons allied against you or that was a stolen pet.........most curious....."
Yaztromo chuckled.
" I need to discuss some sensitive matters with Ennwyn regarding her previous time in Darkwood. If you would head on I will find a way to send her to you."
" And of course if you wish to sell anything I will buy it from you at a fair price."
Banzo joins the others as they move on and leave Enwynn with Yaztromo to discuss their business.
Addressing everyone, "Well at least we'll get a break from demons by looking into this necromancy thing."

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Tzedaka is very conflicted about Enwynn staying behind. It seems she will simply stay with Enwynn, not really catching the meaning of Yaztromo's dismissal. After tears and hugs and encouragement from Enwynn, she will reluctantly go with the remaining group forward.
The group made their way from Yaztromos tower on the southern edge of Darkwood Forest, headed towards.....Chalice first......or to the south of the Moonstones to try and find the ruins....
( Refer to map on Campaign page for prefered route.)
(ooc: I didn't realize until I checked the map, we're actually not that far from Chalice.)
If the necromancer is closer or on the way... I think the majority decided to check it out first?
Banzo sends Zeno, his black and white tuxedo pattern cat ahead about 90 feet (100 foot telepathy and an action to see and hear) to scout:
Zeno's Perception: 4 (with adv. for smell I rolled two 1s)
"I'll send Zeno ahead to scout around for any signs of the necromancer's ruins."

Leaving Yaztromo behind you set out westward towards the southern Moonstone Hills as the day drags on you cross the plains without incident and as evening draws closer you find yourselves at the foothills where the Silver River emerges onto the Windward Plains and flows south west towards Chalice.
The river looks fordable here and you could travel on into the southern parts of the Moonstones or you could follow it northwards into the Moonstone Hills and then turn east.
"So we're decided, it's dealing with the necromancer stuff first and then a visit to Chalice right after?"
Banzo waits for any sign of confirmation from the others before setting off on their course.

Once it's all agreed upon and settled Banzo will immediately begin marching and call back over his shoulder, "There is a matter we should discuss now in case we do encounter a necromancer."
He also gives a brief glance back to make sure everyone is close enough to hear. "I have had bad experiences with necromancers and feel I should share this warning. They deal with the very forces of life and death itself and their thirst for the power that comes with gaining dominance over those forces can make them extremely dangerous to deal with."
Banzo takes a deep breath before exhaling slowing and then adds, "I am not seeking this necromancer for a parley but to end another evil that is going unchecked in the world."
"Understood!"

Choosing to travel on and ( I think) venture further into the Moonstones on the lookout for the ruins of Razaaks enclave the companions chose to follow the river, forgoing camp for now.
You follow the winding river noreast into the hills, after an hour or so the ground becomes quite marshy and Herman points out places where the river must break its banks during the spring melt.
You carry on as the vegetation becomes reeds growing out of the wet ground and clouds of midges assault you, a number of Harpoon Flys buzz around you but apparently judge you too formidable to attack.
Eventually you leave the marsh behind and following the river upslope see a cave on the slope above you.....it is almost completely dark at this point and you will need to lights to march on.
Banzo nods back in recognition as perhaps something unspoken passes between them. "Then let justice be served."
Reaching the point where light is needed Banzo will first ask everyone, "If there's anything that anyone wants to do before I cast my Light cantrip to prepare, now would be the time."
(since the cave is on the slope above us maybe it's more than a minute away, so any features that only last a minute... maybe hold off for now?)
"That cave above us looks like the sort of dark hole of hell that would hide a nasty evil necromancer."
(the target of the Light spell will be a dagger which he draws and holds aloft in his left hand, an eerie vibrant green bright light extends out for 20 feet in all directions, fading and extending dimly out another 20 feet after that for a total range of 40 feet.)

"Mhh, if that cave could be the entrance of a necromancer hideout maybe we should search around for traps...but do not count on me about that, I am sure many of you is better at searching traps than me, especially at sunset"
The barbarian, though, activates his ring of true sight, just in case
Banzo moves when Tzedaka does but tries to limit the overlap of their light spells, at least to a degree that they might have a greater area illuminated for the party.
"There is almost always undead when dealing with a necromancer and the greater the kind of undead will speak to how powerful this necromancer is... usually. "
After a pause during which Banzo will take a few breaths and regain some measure of composure he adds, "Of course, there is also the possibility that this is nothing more than a cave."

Sounds like a plan
the barbarian nods briskly as ususal
“Indeed, I like your plan.”
the angelic woman has been quiet during this leg of the journey, pondering if there is more than one demon involved.
Once it's all agreed upon and settled Banzo will immediately begin marching and call back over his shoulder, "There is a matter we should discuss now in case we do encounter a necromancer."

Banzos light illuminates the darkness as Hermans eyes see beyond.
A fox runs off spooked by the sudden light but Hermans sight reveals nothing untoward in the vicinity.
Tzedaka begins to move toward the cave.
In addition, she begins to glow with a gentle light (light cantrip) as she approaches the dark cave.
Banzo moves when Tzedaka does but tries to limit the overlap of their light spells, at least to a degree that they might have a greater area illuminated for the party.
