At Tzedakas touch Garet fells invigorated and sets to his task with renewed vigor, only looking quizzically when Shalana slots the crossbow bolt into her head.
Thinking if the other members of the group slotted into into their hair it would make quite the fashion statement, the height of Allsanian fashion.
Garet unable to let the thought of the power beyond the chain go from his mind without investigating fully, opens the door and using the door jams he had just created props it open.
Garet then begins to make his way to the chain searching, quietly and completely on his way there.

Feeling with his feet through the detritus as he walks Garet finds: 1 gold piece, a tin whistle and an onyx ( 50 gp).
He arrives at the chain which appears to be securely fastened to a section of wall by a pin driven deep into the stone.
Garet nods back to Tzedaka her words once again giving him strength.
Garet begins to investigate the chain closely including the chain itself and its fastening an overwhelming urge came over him to pull it but he just wanted to see if he could figure out the consequences of doing so beforehand.

The chain appears to be securely fastened to the stone...though he notes the caulking between the wall stones is extremely friable.
Enwynn murmurs "It may be. We're still alive in it." in gentle protest then returns to watching the corridors while Garret examines the contents of the chain room in detail.
Garet takes one of his knives and begins to loosen the mortar between the wall stones as quitely as possible hoping to get enough away to be able to remove one so he can see what is behind it.
Ooc I'm perceiving wall stones as bricks if they are massive slabs then I'm not sure of this plan.
Tzedaka will again study the labyrinth scroll, hoping to memorize its pattern in the event she encounters a corresponding corridor as they travel through the mountain. She will rely on the others to alert her to danger. She also thinks about the other items they have recovered that seem to not have a purpose, again as if trying to remember pieces of a puzzle.
"Do we explore the other rooms, or do we move on?" Tannin asks.
Banzo muses, " The room with the footprints is likely the dusty room we were warned of."
Shalana clicks and whirrs, " I concur."
She then goes to the dead end of the corridor and cocks her metal head before striking the stone wall sharply, her hand punches straight through it revealing the stone to be little more than a thin layer of slate held together with putty and cement.
( Kinda varied in size. The one the chain is attached to is about the size of Garets torso.)
If there is a smaller one I'd go for that ideally want to look through without anything getting back through at this stage. If that isn't possible then stone with chain attached.
The group stand outside the first door occasionally glancing into the second and also keeping a watch on the way Shalana had revealed and back towards the intersection.....as they did so they began to hear faint scratching noises from somewhere above them.....

( Two other rooms remain untrodden...or the other branch toward the clacking.)
"Do we explore the other rooms, or do we move on?" Tannin asks.

(Ooc secret door or entrance??)
”Be careful brave Garoot”
Tzedaka says, uncharacteristically worried.
“Dis place is death”
Garet nods back to Tzedaka her words once again giving him strength.

Enwynn murmurs "It may be. We're still alive in it." in gentle protest then returns to watching the corridors while Garret examines the contents of the chain room in detail.
Tzedaka smiles,
“Indeed you are alive Enwynn of the forest”
She says, rather obscurely and without her peculiar ancient accent.
“You bring light to dis darrk place”
Garet takes one of his knives and begins to loosen the mortar between the wall stones as quitely as possible hoping to get enough away to be able to remove one so he can see what is behind it.

( Smallest is kinda head sized but its gonna take a lot of chipping and levering.)
Tzedaka turns quiet and still and her eyes seem to glaze over. She drops the scroll she was studying, seemingly not aware of her surroundings.
"Life presents many choices. The choices you make determine the future."
She slumps a bit, leaning against a wall.
The group stand outside the first door occasionally glancing into the second and also keeping a watch on the way Shalana had revealed and back towards the intersection.....as they did so they began to hear faint scratching noises from somewhere above them.....
Tzedaka seems to come back to her senses. She absently picks up the scroll
“If you do not find a secret, perchaps we go chere” she points toward Shalanas hidden corridor.
Tannin looks at the roof of the cave "We may have company." he backs away from the sound.
