Shei is currently invisible, though if Ulric was already down stairs I think she'd stay nearby and not go outside, and probably drop invisibility in a place where no one would see her just appear out of nowhere.
Naroth is ready, though he would try and find the Estate Workers and fill them in on what deal has been reached. Letting them know not to really hold their breath, but it might work out in the end.
Once they've settled on a room to sleep in, Fletch begins a ritual casting of Alarm around the perimeter of the room. He also takes a few minutes to write about the days adventures in his journal.
The next morning you are given directions on how to get to The village of Parnast, where the flying castle is docked.
The village of Parnast and the castle is a five-mile hike from the lodge, on the far side of the mountain, through forested hills, over logs and rushing creeks, and along muddy trails. It’s at least a half day’s walk.
Let me know of anything specific you wish to be doing during this time, or if there is anything you would have done prior to heading out.
Naroth is good to go, and would not do anything specific on the trip. He woudl check in one last time with the estate workers to make sure they were doing OK or if they needed anything done.
Fletch would make sure to stay near the center of the group at all times, keeping the much heartier looking members of the party as a barrier to any potential attacks. Aside from that, he would idly chit chat with several of the new members just to make sure he has their names and general mannerisms in his vocabulary.
Shei is going to check on the estate workers with Naroth, then when traveling to Panast, chat with Naroth, Ulric, and Germain to try and find out more about them.
The travel to the village is uneventful. It seems any dangerous have been dealt with by the cultists, wishing for the route from hunting lodge to village to be without troubles.
The village has a few dozen houses and a small square, with buildings that include a tavern, a stable, and a shrine. In contrast to this rustic burg stands a mighty ice castle half hidden in a fog-shrouded ravine: walls stand forty feet high, huge narrow towers loom upward — one of blue ice, one crumbling — and all of it is built to a scale for giants. Wisps of fog hide much of the castle’s detail, but you see two statues standing just before the enormous gate.
Naroth thinks it over, "I kind of want to stop in at the tavern first to possibly get some more information, but I do think going straight to the castle is probably our best bet."
Fletch rubs a feathered finger idly at the side of his beak in thought. "This one would postulate tis likely that any cultists using the castle as a base of operations might frequent the tavern. On the one hand, twould be to our benefit to gather information or possibly discover the easiest route to our destination. On the other, asking the wrong question in front of the wrong party risks the enemy being made aware of our presence. Likewise, attempts to sneak into the castle would be made blind to its layout and dangers. Both options have their own benefits and shortcomings...I will cooperate with whatever plan thee all decide on."

Germain is ready to rest and would take first watch.
Perception: 13
Ulric is ready to rest. He's willing to take 2nd watch. While he doesn't suspect they are in danger, he feels it wise to be on guard.
Shei's also ready to rest, and is willing to take 3rd watch.
Level Up
You can all gain a level now.
Walking to Parnast
The next morning you are given directions on how to get to The village of Parnast, where the flying castle is docked.

Germain would walk quietly along with the group, keeping an eye out for any sign they're being followed.
Perception: 8
(Took another level in Rogue for Thief, we did say he could use the Fast Hands feature for his Healer feat, right?)
Fletch would make sure to stay near the center of the group at all times, keeping the much heartier looking members of the party as a barrier to any potential attacks. Aside from that, he would idly chit chat with several of the new members just to make sure he has their names and general mannerisms in his vocabulary.
Alhorn chats away with Fletch. Imitation is the highest form of flattery

Ulric would be ready to leave at first light, wary but prepared.
Perception: 16
Shei is going to check on the estate workers with Naroth, then when traveling to Panast, chat with Naroth, Ulric, and Germain to try and find out more about them.
In response to any questions, Germain would give short, vague answers clearly not a big conversationalist.
(Examples: Where are you from? North. What do you do? Doctor. Why are you here? Sent.)

Cu
Germain stops as the castle comes into sight, "Our target. Do we go to the village first?"
Alhorn shrugs. "If you wish, but I believe our goal is in the castle. We might avoid suspicion better if we head straight in with a deliberate story."
