Garnet initiative - I’ll roll for Garnet this time to keep things moving. she will move into the room once anyone moves in there, and take dodge action, being close to an ally if she can and use her protect reaction when feasible. - unless Garnet come on and says differently. - I think you’re trying to subdue/capture the eye milling, correct?
Shere glances into the darkened room to get a feel for the layout and steps back. As he does, Krom and Daemyar shovel a goblin corpse across the frost-covered floor and it slides towards the dragon. They step back and Shere completes his spell, intoning a few quiet words and arcane gestures - which Calcryx notices and growls at and shifts towards. A light sprinkling of coloured flakes begin to appear all throughout the room, glowing and covering everything within - seemingly sticking to all objects. Calcryx attempts to get away from them but is unsuccessful faerie fire Garnet, having slid up against the wall near the entrance to Calcryx's room, is also caught by the glowing light! The paladin attempts to get away from it but is also unsuccessful! Calcryx snarls in anger at having a spell placed upon her and growls in Draconic: "Dog creature, your smelling friends will also die today!"
Shere is up first, followed by Ithelion and Meepo!
[map is same as above, use the coordinates if possible so no confusion as to where you want to be].
in case it messes up, 23 cold damage. Ithelion - roll your readied attack action
@shere - as you poke your head in to attack, your bolt hits a bony section of Calcryx's body and deflects off - a miss!
Meepo adjusts the chains he has to be ready for Calcryx if she shows herself, running up 15 feet to be opposite from Garnet at I4. If she shows, he will attempt to grapple with the chains.
Calcryx moves to the opening of the door, angered by Shere's attack, and looses her breath weapon at anything in the way! Garnet and Meepo, flanking the door, have total cover, but Daemyar and Krom are not so lucky! Krom and Daemyar, roll a CON save (DC12). On a fail, take 23 cold damage - half as much on a success!
Daemyar's agility pays off and takes half damage! Ithelion's arrow flies true and pierces the dragon's naturally armored hide!
Garnet stares in horror as the dwarf is blasted with frosty air - he begins to say something but the cold is too much, freezing the very words in his mouth. She closes her eyes and taps into a pool of hope and vitality, touching the dwarf's beard - and breaks a part of it off! But it's done - Garnet - LAY ON HANDS - 5HP to KROM. Out of breath, she falls back to her cover, gasping. She clasps the amulet at her neck and feels restored. Amulet of Vigor - 9 HP back to Garnet.
Krom, you can take your action since Garnet did this on her turn. (unless someone can point to where it says that is wrong :). Daemyar, Erky, Stabby, Sharpie can make their moves!

(OOC: There really isn't a hard rule when it comes to initiative ties like in this case with Garnet and Krom. It is usually sorted out by the DM/players on who goes first in a tie. A house rule could be made to have the PC/creature with the higher dex mod go first. In which case Garnet would go before Krom and in turn Krom would be up on his turn. So, if allowed)
Krom, not liking the feeling of being flash frozen and then thawed moves away from the dragon and chugs down a healing potion.
Movement: Move back ten feet to H7, because half speed from being knocked unconscious Action: Chugs a healing potion to heal for 7

The dwarf begins to thaw at Garnet's touch - he doesn't even notice a chunk of his beard is gone! - and stumbles backwards grasping at his belt. He finds the thick-glass potion bottle and chugs it, warmth returning to his face and limbs.
Daemyar stares the wyrmling in the face, a scant 10 feet away. He feels everyone's eyes on him, beads of sweat form at his rough-haired temples. He takes a second longer than normal to line up the beast and it pays off - the bolt "thunks!" home - a hit! The wyrmling stops and shakes its head, snorting - it's looking rough, and is bleeding from the two missiles that have hit it.
Erky notices Daemyar stumble into the room, haggard and faint-looking. He hops over and casts cure wounds - 4 points of healing for Daemyar.
Stabby and Sharpie move south within the room but don't step foot out of the room.
End of round 1 - Shere is up, followed by Ithelion and Meepo! MAP
