Ithelion would head back to her room and summon Elosa back (10 minutes), and feed her the morsels she saved earlier.
Next she would open the window and let her out, telling her to wait. She would then close the window and return to the taproom to look for the others. If not all are there, she would buy a glass of wine, and instruct Elosa to look around the vicinity of the town, and to return to the roof when she has found one of the others.
When Ithelion senses her return, she will ask Elosa to show her where they were, linking minds briefly to (( I hope )) see an image.
(( Other stuff as well, but probably most of the above doesn't happen! ))
@ithelion - as you finish the last of the incantation, Elosa forms in front of you with sweet screech. She gladly swallows the bits you saved for her. Not seeing anyone familiar, you tell Elosa to scout as you order your wine from Garon. "Oh, nice ta see ye again, missy! Drinkin' alone I see, eh? Well, 'ere - take one on me - no, no, I insist. Karakas was a good seed an' she deserved better than ta rot in that stinkin' 'ole."
Once Krom has finished selling off of the gems to Rorik he will make his way back to the Inn and wait for everyone else to arrive, sitting up at the bar. "An ale over 'ere when ye get a moment."

Ithelion thanks Garon with a nod, "Too many good people die; but some at least die for a purpose" she contemplates her glass for a moment then raises it, "To those who should be with us!" she says, and takes a sip from her glass.
When Krom arrives she waits for him to complete his order then turns to him, "When the others return we have a lot to discuss...but not in public I think."
Now that a friend is nearby Ithelion will occasionally glimpse through Elosa's eyes, to follow her progress when she is in range.
Range for telepathy and shared senses is 100', so not sure how much of the villiage that covers. But it's an Owl, so maybe it just sits on the roof and looks around. It has 120' night vision, so if she stays in range, there's a 220' radius of sight. Ithelion would NOT want her going into buildings...
After a a few minutes waiting and searching, Ithelion will set Elosa on a different task: scounting for those who might be the Mayors guards. This will probably take more active involvement by Ithelion since Elosa has never seen them...
Garnet listens to Cookie and Daeymar discuss the mayor and his associated relations. Feeling her agitation for the man and his organization boil down to a cynical simmer. Just another greedy man in a corupted world. While she agrees with Daeymar that getting rid of the man would probably be beneficial, it would most likely be useless another would just take his place. She feels that she has made a decision in regards to the mayor's offer and feels it's time to return to the inn and discuss with her other companions. "Daeymar I think we should return to the others."
Garnet apologies for her behavior to Cookie and thanks the woman for her advice. "You have given me the information I need to make a decision. Thank you."
If Daeymar is ready to go Garnet will head back to the inn.

At the sound of your toast, several nearby men and women raise their glasses in agreement and take gulps of their respective beverages. "Aye, if that ain't the truth,"agrees Garon, who stops wiping the table to pour himself a shot of an amber liquid that you take to be whiskey. He slides an ale over to Krom as well and immediately pours three more whiskeys and slides one over to you and Krom. "An' ta tha many to come after. May justice be done!" he says with a wink. Several others take more swigs at this as well.
@ithelion - your owl has darkvision of 120 feet, and you can communicate with it telepathically if it is within 100 feet of you. You can't cover the whole village but a pretty good portion of it. You can also give simple commands to it and have it report back (emphasis on simple). [not sure where the 220 feet came from?]
After a time, Elosa recognizes the characteristic sounds of Daemyar and Garnet moving from a point south of where she is. She communicates this much to you before flying off and sitting on Garnet's shoulder. She screeches softly and bobs her head towards the Ol' Boar Inn, which is just across the street. Then she takes off again and perches on the open window where she was before. If you want her to look for the guards (or whatever) a simple mental image would do...

Corkie smiles, "No need for apologies, child. The mark of the Deep Brother is upon you but I fear that you will be at a cross-roads soon. Choose wisely, for the calmest and most serene eddy belies a torrent of undercurrent and rage below..." Corkie dismisses the fog and you turn to leave, handing you a piece of parchment and an ink pot and quill [as long as there is nothing more you want from her?]
As you exit, a shadow swoops down silently at you. Surprised, you pull back slightly but recognize the familiar moon face of Elosa, who promptly perches on Garnet's shoulder. It screeches softly and bobs its head in the direction of the inn before taking off again to perch on one of the windowsills of the Ol' Boar Inn in front of you. A knowing smile forms on both of your faces as you look at each other and head towards the inn...
Garnet will follow Daeymar into the inn and meet up with Ithelion and Krom. She will just quickly eat a meal then go with the others to a room, for the group meeting.

Sitting at a table Shere (Sha ree) looks around His yellow eyes catching light every once in awhile and wonders if there is coin to be made
He takes his cloak down revealing a coal black tabaxi with flat black tiger stripes and brings his lute into play puts his cowboy style hat on the table like a bowl
Looks to the bar keeper and motions to his lute
"My name is Shere May I let you enjoy my valuable services?"
Garon looks up from the bar, which he seems to be constantly polishing, and is taken aback at seeing the Tabaxi mood n front of him. “Oh! Err, well...” he begins but at the sound of the lute, those within earshot - Tabaxi or not - begin to call for more, the music a welcome (and needed) sort of distraction from the recent events. Garon smiles and gestures to the space near the fireplace, “Be my guest, please.” The crowd clamors in anticipation....
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Shere nods with a toothy grin and begins playing a melody in a Spanish style Lute (guitar)
"A young gold dragon made some human friends, a family with conversations would that never end. But time waits for no-one and the dragon had treasure to tend. Time went on. time went on.... The dragon longed for the conversation of his friends for he had much to say and he remembered their interactions never ends so he left his lair baring gifts for his friends He found the the farm was at end You see a Dragon feels no affect of time and many generations had passed on so the dragon went home with a tear in its eye.
Ithelion pauses on her way up the stairs, "Sounds talented..." she looks back towards the taproom, realizing that she has missed music in her life. "...but we have important matters to discuss" she says, continuing up the stairs.
Daemyar will stop at the hat on his way out with the others before asking Garon “What’s all this with the hat and the money?”
Garon looks at you and says, "Well, there be times when wanderers skilled in the arts come through 'ere, willin' ta perform for the people fer a small donation." The sounds of clinking coins interrupt him. He nods to the hat, "Aye, 'n as ye can see, he is particularly skilled so people donate generously." He grins, adding "They also drink generously with a good song or two!" He has to step away to serve thirsty customers.
@shere - assume at the end of the performances (assuming you do a few songs), you have an assortment of donations equalling 5gp and the townsfolk here have a friendly disposition towards you.
@garnet and @daemyar - having just come from Corkie's, the words of her vision rattle in your ears and shaking your vision:
"But I foresee a new force that will aid you. I-I can't make it out completely but it will be a boon for you". Under the darkling sky, whispers and song reside; A promise in a cat's eye, for the rest, the Mother provides..."
Shere does a few more songs one about a cat dancing on a hot tin roof he finds partially funny considering his race. Seeing
Daemyar's interest with his methods he motions to a seat at his table but it was too late besides this is the first time he has seen a Hobgoblin alive and appearing to be friendly He collects the coin from his hat and hands a gold to the Barkeep for any drink that's not covered a slight purring sound can be heard.
"Who, was the creature that seemed more interested in I, Senior? The one who stopped by my hat then asked you something."
