Wash moves down 10 ft and not having an uninterrupted line of sight on the kobalds and seeing that Alton looks to be doing OK, he calls down Sacred Flames around the goliath. She needs to make a DC13 Dex save or take 7 radiant damage.

The kobold curses in draconic as the bolt flies off into the waterfall.
Balassar is up.
Balassar just looks at the former Kobold "You'll make a good snack." with that he takes a 5 ft step in front of Sken and swings his blade.
