Ramious lands back to the group and describes what he saw, in case they can't see it themselves. He pats Alyssa on the shoulder, "Sorry, I'm such an eager hot head! You can help us fly as a group? Looks like we may need it to tackle the enemies down there....unless....we want to just drop stuff on their heads until they die."

“Sure.” Alyssa’s shoulder would absentmindedly shrug from the pat. “I know between all of you, you all tend to have all the bases covered… But if bugs’ whistle was still spent or of limited use, it’s not a perfect solution, but I did prepare fly today.” Her eyes would look scan all the eyes of the creatures who now have their full attention. “Requiring concentration on my part, I can offer to extend flight to two people. Even then, Rami would still have to carry someone, but at least no one would get left behind.”
Ramious nods, "Fantastic. It's far better we go as one group than one at a time. But...I was sorta serious about droppin things on their heads from above instead of fightin them. Like maybe...oh, I dunno, we drop giant crayfish on their heads? Or...somethin else?" He glances around the room looking for pretty heavy things he could drop from above. "I could always wrastle those crayfish and fling 'em into the pit." He grins a familiar toothy grin.

(The last tier is another open fish tank. There's nothing to stand on, and whatever is in the fish tank could cause us problems. The tiers are all "open top" as it were, with monsters below, so...there's nothing to stand on.)

(Depending on how far it is Leon might not be able to see that far with his Darkvision spell, so will leave the post as is. Thanks for the clarification though.)
Alyssa was about to open her mouth to respond before she’d pause and go back to chewing her lip for a moment. Blue hues would search for themselves down at the base of the pit. She wondered if she could recognize the beasts that held guard at the door below. “What if we combined some ideas…” She’d then look to Bernard who had suggested talking to the beasts before Ramious would go tossing things around, “What do you think our chances could be of bribing the ‘guards’ with the crayfish?”
It is not that dark in that room - Keraptis was ... reasonably cruel, or at least wanted the animal alive (or maybe really saw this zoo as a display), anyway, the room is lit up well enough. And yes, Alyssa does recognize the "guardians of the floor" - it has to be manticores. If not for the "clipped" wings (the word "butchered" would be closer), they seemed perfectly healthy, or at least, "healthy vicious". You can be sure they will not meet you mid-air, but they undoubtedly will fight.
"Well, I vote for Alysa casting her fly spell on me and her, then we fly down to see about giving those manticores something to do." He glances to the Sea Lion glass section. "Ramious, if we fly down, do you think you can break open the Sea Lion glass wall, and give the Manticore's some sealife to play with?"
It was worth a shot considering a different approach, but it appears fighting the clipped beasts may be inevitable. Alyssa would shrug. If things were waiting on her, she’d cast fly on whomever isn’t his passenger.
That definitely worked! The first bolt of fire crossed the huge space below and struck the glass wall. Cracks run from the point of impact in every direction. One small push and all that mass of water will rush down on unsuspecting manticores.
“I’d say go for it.” Leon confirms. Once fly is cast on him, he will fly down to see what he can do to aid in the fight below, and, hopefully, use his trident to dominate one of the sea lions.
Glass shards rained down the walls and a huge mass of water rushed after, breaking the rest of the magical glass and flooding the level below. The roar of manticores changed into a whimper and then died out - but only the sound itself, not the creature. The monster fought for their lives - beaten by the shattered glass and rushing water, they struggled to the surface, while sea lions suddenly found themselves in the very shallow puddles of what used to be a big pool. The sea creatures (all four of them) dived deeper, and manticores - yes, there were only two of them - dragged themselves on the "shore", where they stood - soaking wet, injured, and angrier than ever.
Ramious picks up Bernard and flies him down to the "shore" to begin fighting the two wet manticores. He'll land them a bit away from them, so they have time to get in a ranged attack perhaps before the animals can reach them.
Leon, if fly was cast on him, will also fly down, not bothering trying to dominate one of the sea lions, unless it comes out of the water. He will prepare to fight the moanticores instead.

"Or we could fly down to the last tier above them, and have some target practice where they cannot reach us." Leon points out.

Ramious focus' his energy and holds out a hand, unleashing a blast of fire ( Fire bolt ) at the glass enclosure of the lowest level.
Attack: 18 Damage: 13
If no one stops him, he'll hurl 3 more blasts at it so see if it does any real damage.
