The half orcs begin their second attack, 16 13 4 they attack Wilm again because he's the closest they miss and the third orc hits another one (critical fail) . 

10 the 1st orc is killed, 2 remain.

Rory will shoot one of the remaining orcs (when it is his turn)

The orc is slain, one remains, it is now hilda's turn.

Turning to the last orc, Hilda lets out a battlecry before attempting to cast Sacred Flame in a non-lethal manner. ( Dex save 13, Damage 2 on hit.)

Your broadsword glitters in the air for a moment before crashing into the orc's skull, splitting it in half.

125 xp to each player, 10 gp to each player, no weapons are in good enough shape to salvage. An old elf body was found in the campsite, she was killed, probably from whatever caused the scream. There's a disgusting sheep carcass over the fire. Everybody takes a long rest and consumes 1 ration.

Investigation   11   Perception   13

"Moight be int'restin' t' know if they stopped 'ere fer a reason."  He scrounges around, checking the elf's body and the near surrounds.  He will glance up into the tree(s) [if there are any] to make sure nothing is hanging up in any branches; sometimes travelers will hang things up out of the way of animals - food, for instance.

Nothing in the branches, Nearby there are several humanoid corpses, and there is a ring Belonging to Krognak, silver, and badly damaged.

"Krognak's ring?!" Rory exclaims. "What' s this scum doin' wi' Krognack's ring?"

What sort of humanoid? Does anything 'interesting' turn up on those corpses?

Wilm also helps with looking over the site, checking the corpses to see what they have on them.

Investigation: 5

Just bleached skeletons, which have many broken bones. There are several species, some human, others not. There's nothing on the corpses.

Tim Replies "It's possible they stole it, and ran off. Good think we killed these scum, it seems they've been terrorizing this area for days or weeks."

You continue on the journey, consuming a ration, and reach sundale, the rest of the adventure going uneventfully.

Wilm will grab one of their greataxes and then nod to the others.  "Shall we continue then my friends?"

Emboldened by the thrill of combat, Hilda shouts in agreement, "Onwards to Sundale!"
