OOC: For the DM - Do any of the projected trajectories of the sharp paths from Igna's map align with any of the bounties, such as the Museum?
The map only has the short and long routes that lead to Millennium Mansion.
OOC: As I recall Igna had witnessed all of the shards' travel paths and we had noted them on the map. That requires me to revise a few assumptions.
Halec curses at the map. "Bah, useless. I had thought Igna provided us more to go off than this. This only leads to the mansion and we've already recovered the shard piece there. I suppose we genuinely have no leads, then. I know it defies all logic to assume that these bounties will coincidentally align with a piece of the relic, but that has proven to be the case in the past. We still have no idea who, or what, destroyed the relic, or why. That said, given the options, the museum does seem to be the closest thing to a 'sure thing' at present. I saw we head there. Is anyone else willing to join our endeavor?" Halec looks to the human with the two swords, and any other adventurers present.
"Admirable gusto, I suppose," Halec says to Harbek. "Let's secure any other allies willing to lend their swords to our cause while we are here, make any final purchases, then set off for the museum, then, comrades."
Halec says, "Can you tell us anything about the destruction of the Ruby Snowflake, and where the shards of the relic are located?"
She looks over to Halec "Right, that. Unfortunately, I know none about Divination, it is the rarest magic type in the kingdom. Luckily, I have seen where some flew off to, let me show you." She puts the tray down, grabs your arm, and pulls you close, during the pull, it feels like you were pulled into another dimension, you are seeing what was in her memories, she's in a forest, walking along, her calm voice is heard as you watch "I was just on my daily hunt for ingredients when I heard a loud boom. After it happened, I saw three little red comets shooting down here, two landed east of where I was, --I do not know where they landed exactly-- and the third one landed in Millennium Mansion, that old mansion on the other side of the canyon." You see the red comets flying off, two fell to your east, but the trees, once again, obscured your view of the landing sight, you see the third one flying into the mansion on the canyon, from that distance, you can only see it has a moss green exterior, and it is about three floors high. Your view changes back to the real world. "Thank you for listening" she picks up the tray again "Now, take your pick on a potion, my form of thanks for the apple"
(She did not see all of them, only three of them.)
As you are discussing going to the museum, the mayor walks in "Hey, did you find any signs of the shards?"
OOC: So she witnessed 3, one in the mansion we recovered, and 2 to the east. We have claimed 2 total at present, correct? Was one of those one of the 2 she saw go to the east based on trajectory? Is there a 3rd we might be able to trace via the map, then? And does that location appear to align with any of the bounties offered?
"Still trying to sort that out, Mr. Mayor," Halec says, re-examining the map. "The two we found appear to include one from the Millennium Manson and one from Dr Niel's location, later taken and recovered from thieves. I'm trying to decipher if we can pin point another based on what Igna witnessed."

Halec shares the map and known information with the others and invites them to consult as well, “As I noted I am a craftsman, not a scholar.” He does try to recall what he can from bits of lore picked up on past travels and adventures.
Halec recalls one piece heading northeast, while the trajectory of the second piece was a little lower. both of their exact landing points were blocked by the trees, so he could not see an exact location.

OOC: Can he cross reference that with these bounty locations? Any matches?
Halec points out the map locations to the mayor and shows him the bounties. "I assume you are familiar with this region, sir, being the mayor. Do you know where these locations lie? We are trying to decipher where the remaining shard pieces might be." He explains Igna's vision, the map, and bizarre coincidences thus far where shard pieces aligned with bounty locations. "Obviously we can't rely solely on luck. Do you know of any intersections along these paths?:
The mayor looks confused, and doesn't respond for a few seconds "Uhhhh....... I... know... Malison History Museum is atop the mountain where Abygail's bounty is. The an-... Lissia should be in the forest where Igna lives, and That holy temple should be on the west side's beach."
Halec tries to note these locations on his map with the mayor's aid, offering the mayor the use of his quill pen if he likes, as he tries to prepare a more accurate map of the region and projected shard locations. (He has parchment, pen and ink in his inventory, if the mayor requires use of another sheet to "start fresh" on a map, he offers it.)
"Wonderful, thank you. Hmm, this is starting to come together."

"Greetings Mr. Mayor. The name is Jahren, at your service sir. As a newcomer to to this most urgent of endeavors, might I ask, do you have any theories on who or what shattered the snowflake? Who might want it destroyed? What might you do with the shards when they are returned? Can they be reassembled?"
Jahren is less interested in the answers than sizing up the Mayor and seeing if there is any deceit in his words as there are a lot of unanswered questions and even fewer suspects for what is truly behind this all. Insight: 6

(You can see he has no involvement in the Ruby Snowflake's shattering whatsoever)
"I don't know for sure, and I'm working with detectives on this, but from the clues, like the footprints in the alleyway and the magic beam of energy, the person who shattered it was a wizard, not like that Slough fellow you fought, but a true wizard. The Ruby Snowflake is magical, son, once we find all seven pieces, we just need to put them in their proper places and it will fix itself."
"Who would even stand to benefit from such a thing?" Halec says. "Does your city have any enemies? If they had sought to use the power of the relic for some other purpose that would be one thing, but thus far we've just found the shards wherever they happened to land, no agents of a malevolent force have been out trying to gather up the pieces, to the best of our knowledge. The timing is suspect, given that it was at a time you said your armies are all committed to some crusade elsewhere. Have you tried recalling them to aid with this threat, your military forces?"
Halec ponders the scenario for a moment, then holds up a finger. "Maybe this is the key. Mr. Mayor, you didn't go into much detail before. What precisely in the nature of this military engagement that required the entirety of your city's standing armies? That could be our answer. Perhaps this was an act of war, intended to get you to call off your war efforts to set troops to the more pressing matter, the collection of the relic shards. Maybe that's the key. Where is your military now, and what are they up to, precisely?"
Halec reiterates for the others who were not present, "When the Ruby Snowflake was shattered, the mayor reached out to those convenient in the crowd for aid, promising them an unspecififed fortune - specifics would still be appreciated, by the by - if the relic can be restored. I inquired as to why he wouldn't deploy the city's own military and militia, and he said they were all deployed elsehwere. Only now does it occur to me that those surely must be connected."

1. Correct
2, 3, & 4. Make a History check

There are no specific locations of anything, so it is hard to tell if any of the bounties match the shards possible landing points.
