"Well, recently, we've had some problems with kidnapping and human trafficking. A group called the Council of Crows is allegedly behind it, but we have no idea who or what that is. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to who they take. All that's left behind is a single crow feather. We haven't had much luck infiltrating the local thieves den to try and get information, since all the guards are so well known here. A group of adventurers from out of town would be perfect. We need to know who the people behind these acts are, and why they're kidnapping people, and where those people are going. I'd wager that from that girl's outfit, she's fairly sneaky, hmm? As well as easy on the eyes...."
