(I think I would be looking for a shortsword, to replace my current one if it is better than my own if that is viable at this point in the campaign.) "I would like a new shortsword, not that there's anything wrong with my current one but for the task at hand I feel I should be better equipped."
(Weapons don't get better unless they're magical, and you guys aren't going to get any magic items for a while. They'll always have the same damage dice until they get magical. You could get another shortsword, but it won't be any better/worse than your other one.)
"Then in that case we'll return to them, come on. As we walk we can talk i suppose" As we walk out the tavern I continue to speak with her. "So what's your name half-orc? And your profession"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Talia Perception: 12
"Hmm, I know of a place that sells traveling supplies, the caravan groups usually go to him when planning to go through the mountains. We could try him." She then leads you down the lane a little to a large shop with a window full of packs, rope, cooking supplies, and other things of that nature.
As you go inside, you see a portly human sitting behind a counter at the far end of the shop. In between you and him is a large array of gear laid out on tables.
I raise my hand in greeting and head to counter "How much for some ration and cooking supplies, well be traveling for about five days and I don't have much left"

(I guess nevermind then) "Maybe i should just keep my money for now and look for some food and supplies to keep us alive throughout this journey"
Eglig, roll perception to see if you can find what you're looking for.
"I'm just looking supplies for the road" remembering that i've gone trough six rations already
Nemm, roll perception as well

Nemm, you can't really find anywhere that would sell rations or road supplies, as none of the shop names are very clear.
I stand straight to introduce myself formally to the Druid "My name is Sawin Ravenor and im merely a local soldier, and yourself?"
i look for a shop that sells supplies the same as Nemmonis

Durk, you see a stall that might possibly be selling supplies, but you're not positive, as it's in a dark corner with almost no light coming from it.
turns to Talia
"im not getting any postives on supply stalls here, can you see anything?

"I'm a a druid of the swamp lands, though I'm curious of what skills you descend from?"

"you have a good eye Talia. this shop should do nicely"
I take a quick look into the store window before heading inside
"I'll wait out here. I have everything I need."
