Honestly we dont care i believe, call me Cris or Nico, whichever is easier to be insultive to a British person is more difficult than a simple name confusion.
Alright. Nico, this is what your passage on the religion of the Progenitor says:
“From the Beginning: A history of the Religion of the One Known as the Progenitor” - by Sen’ra, Cleric and historian.
“As it goes in the Religion of Kuu, before the world was populated by the races, and was nothing but a barren ball of rock and plant, a Celestial being worked in tandem with several others to create living beings, animals and bipedal creatures. These are believed to be the first ancestors of the current races. While they were sentient, they were clueless as how to thrive or progress. Therefore, this Celestial being took it upon himself to become these creatures guardian and mentor, calling himself “Progenitor”, which came to mean “Originator” or “Creator”. As their guardian, this Celestial taught his species’ how to grow, and helped them do so. With such guidance, our ancestors quickly evolved enough to truly be called “civilized”. At this point, their deity, the Progenitor, decided to bless his creations with a blessed item, something created in the heavens by 3 special creatures, called “The Producers”, each of which were created by the races. Each one was an embodiment of a certain emotion or concept that the races coveted: Prosperity, Peace, and Security. Together, these beings made a large, teardrop shaped crystal of red, named the Moon’s Blood, which was sent to the races from the heavens. Delivered by the Progenitor himself, along with the 3 Producers, who would live among the races, the Progenitor gave the instructions that a group of maidens would take protection of the Moon’s Blood, and every 10 years, would make a pilgrimage to the Producers to restore the energy they gave, so as to continue the growth the races had experienced thus far. For millions of years, this was done, as such. Eventually, as other deities and religions came to be, the Producers came to be under threat, and were hidden away and protected, and only the maidens of the Progenitor would know where they were, so as to have the most protection possible. Elaborate dungeons are said to be built around the Producers, with some rumors spreading so far as to have ancient dragons protecting them deep in underground caverns so full of danger the maidens would need battalions of men around them to make it through safely, but none of this is fact. Everything from this point on in history is either speculation, or outright guessing, and it is not worth putting guesswork into a history text, but it is worth noting that as other races began to worship beings other than the Progenitor, a large schism was created between those who followed him, and those who followed a being called Zerex, who is a god of death, undeath, judgement, and all funerary rites and rituals, as well as rebirth and cycling between life and death. This schism eventually led to a ‘holy war’ of sorts, which concluded without a victory for either side. Whether these two beings are actually at odds is unknown, but it is certain the followers of each religion are enemies, as of the writing of this book.”
"Dragonborn, this script puts a lot into clarity. The maidens are those who will refuel the progenitors gift known as the "Moons blood" a teardrop shaped crystal that apparently allows the races of this world to further develop. They retrieve the power of this crystal once per decade by approaching a triplet of beings called the "Producers". These "Producers" are apparently housed in three separate and highly defended areas. As for the undead army attacking Eklevia, it seems that the Progenitor has enemies of his own within this world, a being called Zerex who controls undead, rebirth and so on. Which would make sense. A being based around the cycle of life, death and rebirth would wish a being, and his followers, such as the Progenitor weakened or removed. If only to stop further enhancement of races and therefore a closer possibility of a science or magic, that would lead to immortality. Balance in Nature is very similar, an ecosystem mustn't be dominated by a singular species that cannot die, it wreaks havoc on surrounding populaces and creatures"
(you can adress me in Session as Durk and out of Session as either Panda or Dom/Dominic, but tbh i dont care about what people call me lol)
