Some very bad enemy rolls with only one attack a likely hit. Please roll to oppose the grab, it is not too tough to do, it grabs your ankle weakly from a poor angle, without leverage.
Athletics if I have Help (since my modifier is 0 ahhaha): 12
If I make it to the top my perception check is: 11
Taraven, teaching the top you spot in the northwest corner of this area a lever connected to a mechanism within the wall. You do not see the rippling of the walls and floors as the upper torsos of Stone Ghosts emerge. They act in surprise, then the party will go in party initiative vs enemy initiative which I will roll for.
Stoneghost 1 - Grab vs Taravan: Athletics opposes by Taraven’s acrobatics or athletics, whichever is higher. This creature emerges torso only from the wall directly beneath you and tries to grab you and prevent your escape, possibly intending to pull you down.
At Ilecerys' comment, Galtheon nods, "Let's get to the roof."
He follows Nanoc and Tavern out, offering help ( and a rope) where necessary, they climbs onto the roof.
He uses the higher altitude to get a better sense of his surrounds, the focuses on the task at hand, looking for the lever and trying to assess how to safely get into the room from above, if necessary.... And if the hole is big enough for an archer or caster to attack through.
Perception roll, of needed: 19
I did not see him going up on the roof in time. He was not surprised, I will allow him to act now along with the stone ghost turn in addition to the party turn. His perception would have seen them coming.
Galtheon, act twice, everyone else act once, it is a 20 foot climb to reach the roof area, if you were at the bottom, note, and the Sorceress needs to roll Athletics vs grab as well.
(( If he can assist Taraven escape the grapple, he will. Otherwise, he will grapple it back, to prevent it dragging her inside -- i don't think he'd know she would succeed by herself))
If he sees a lever, he'd say "Pull the lever, and run!"
Would the stoneghost have an attack of opportunity if I move start heading down?
Along with Galtheon, I yell "Everyone Move! The roof is going to come down!"
Taraven want to start moving away about 15 feet and cast Mage Hand to pull the lever once she knows everyone is down and safe. Then I want to use the rest of my movement make my way down.

It would if you leave it’s threatened area, yes, and if the grab succeeded she would be unable to leave, but she will likely succeed.

Acrobatics: 11
Since the SG didnt grab me. I will chance an attack of opportunity.
Evan (having followed the others), acts towards the end of the hero’s turn and uses Spiritual Weapon to attack any StoneGhosts (with preference you any grappling party members). He will then Turn Undead again (so party members can be released from grapples, get AOO’s or reduce the odds against them as the StoneGhosts flee).
Spiritual Weapon: Attack: 15 Damage: 5 Force Damage
Turn Undead, DC 13 Wisdom

[Brief look in again. Nanoc will take a defensive stance guarding those on the ground. Please use previous rolls if/when relevant. Now back to work again.]

OOC: @DM how far is the lever from where I am?
It is 15 feet away, easily within reach of Mage Hand.
Also, apologies, the area is 15 feet up, not 20.

I missed the roll, you did escape the grab.

Ilecerys backs away and prepares to help Taraven down if needed.

((Since the AOO hit, I cannot move correct? But I can still take my action or does Mage Hand still happen and I fall with the roof?))
