The remaining Stone Ghost takes 5 damage from the ranger in melee and 1 from the frost from range from the Sorceress. It retaliates against the ranger.
[Finished work for the day. From what I've read, I don't think that Nanoc can get involved in this fight. Please let me know if that is not the case.]
I think it’s just Galtheon who jumped down to engage the last Stone Ghost with ranged support from on high at this point. It is very close to dead regardless.
Is Okkar up top? Nanoc was staying with him. If he is, then Nanoc might be able to use his sling, if the angles allow.
Nanoc was up top and previously swung at it when it was on the wall aligned with the top. Now that it is at ground level Nanoc could absolutely throw a sling bullet at it.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Nanoc doesn't have his sling with him. It is a hunting weapon and is with his gear outside. However, he does have a throwing knife (i.e., a customised normal dagger), which he will use as long as he gets a clear shot at the Stone Ghost.
Nanoc's Throwing Knife to hit roll: 10 ; Damage: 4 ; Sneak Attack Damage: 6 ; 2nd d20 roll if the target is greater than the dagger's optimal 20' range: 6

The guard post is barely 25 across so likely it is within range, and also sneak attack applies. As it is non magical the creature takes 5 damage, but that is sufficient to put it down. It crumbles, leaving stony remains that contain a chunk of gold identical to the earlier ones.
(( @DM: Did Nanoc's attack occur in the previous round, or after Galtheons attack here? If it occurred in the previous round and was the killing blow, then can I wipe off the damage to Galtheon? ))

That is fine with me, he could have acted that round prior to the blow that landed on the ranger.
"Old elf!" shouts Nanoc. "Bring my knife back with you when you come."
Nanoc will then check on Okkar, wherever he's gotten too in all the frantic action.
“I’m alright,” Okkar says. “All this climbing up and down walls doesn’t appeal to me. We’re here. I planned to walk through the mine. I guess one way or the other we’re getting the job done. Shame to drop a perfectly good ceiling like that, but this place is going to need a lot of renovations before it can start production again, regardless. Ready to go back inside and secure more of the facility?”
(( Everyone else keeping busy while I'm asleep I see! ))
After helping everyone down, Ilecerys nods at Okkar. "Let's proceed then. And beware of these collapsing ceilings, I doubt these stone ghosts care much what falls on them."
OOC: a moot point now, but after turning undead at the very end of the hero’s turn on round 1, when round 2 come up, he uses Spiritual Weapon and Sacred Flame to do force and radiant damage to the remaining StoneGhost. It seems his turn got skipped overnight, but the party did fine as it was.
OOC: We seem to be a tactical bunch of players and the combat seems to be rather involved and difficult to track. I have seen other games use maps to handle this, either with pictures and a grid so players can say what grid location they wish to move to, or an app like Google Docs allowing players to actually move their icons once they have permission for the document. Just something to consider, as the combat is getting hard to follow in the “theater of the mind” mode.

OOC: I tend to agree, with IRL DMing I always use a battle map and grid movement. I had thought theater of the mind would work for PBP, but it's true with tactical players, positioning and distance matters. I will have to give that some thought.
Does anyone know how to upload an image to a forum post? I could at least upload the map thus far.

(( He could use his sling, or jump down... ))
Galtheon grunts as the spear finds a gap in the armour, then retaliates.
Attack 1: 21 Damage: 10
Attack 2: 20 Damage: 10
If either hit, then add 3
That looks like 16 and 12, so 8 and 6?
Galtheon's hatred of the undead clear in his cold and methodical focus and precision.
Edit: Just realized, he needs to make a concentration check from the damage. If he fails (10) then disregard the second D6 for each attack.
Concentration : 3
