[DM, Nanoc's AC with shield is 18, so the attack on him earlier was a miss.]
In his turn, Nanoc will attempt to keep himself between Okkar and the Stone Ghosts and will strike at any that come close. If that doesn't happen then his rage will drop, unfortunately.

SG4 is within range and advancing towards Nanoc and Okkar, SG4 triggers Nanoc's attacks, roll them at your convenience.
[DM, The previous rolls are now showing up for me in their original post. They were a 13 to hit, 9 normal damage and 6 for the sneak attack.]
Screaming his fear and anger, Nanoc strikes recklessly (i.e., with Reckless Attack) at the Stone Ghost advancing on himself and Okkar.
Roll to hit: 23 ; Damage: 10 ; Sneak Attack Damage (if it applies) : 4
Both with the magic scimitar, I assume?
SG2 was hit for 15 damage, a solid hit, and it is not fleeing, the Turn Undead broken. On his turn he strikes at it again, and SG2 is hit for 14 damage, to which it has no resistance. Stone Ghost 2 collapses, leaving only SG3 threatening the Monk and the Cleric (SG1 is fleeing, but not yet out of sight).
[DM, Yes, Nanoc only has the one weapon in hand, his magic scimitar and he would definitely continue to attack SG2 instead of SG4 if it stayed close to him. Attacks against him will also be at Advantage because of his use of Reckless Attack, though his AC is still 18.]
OOC: DM, do I still have an action this round? Sorry I confused myself hahaha
If I do, Taraven will cast Magic Missile (At first level) at SG3 and seeing only one other stone ghost (SG1) will dig down deep and use a sorcery point to twin the spell doing Force Damage 10 To both.

I believe that will be for your next round action, I can have it take place immediately following the Stone Ghost turn.
SG1 continues to flee to the north and melds with the northernmost wall of the room, disappearing.
SG3 strikes out at Evan, and SG2 strikes at Nanoc.
[OOC: DM, That is a miss against Nanoc and I presume SG2 will get cut down by Nanoc when he has his turn in this round, is that right? I'm a little confused by the sequence of events.]

Yes, apologies, I muddied things a bit - there is only one target remaining, in fact, SG3.

SG3 strikes out at Evan, and SG2 strikes at Nanoc.
SG2 vs Nanoc:
Attack: 15
Damage: 5 (Necrotic)
SG3 vs Evan:
Attack: 9
Damage: 3 (Necrotic)
At the top of the next round twin magic missiles from Taraven strike SG2 and SG3 for Force Damage, 10 each.
Evan:
Continuing his assault, Evan attacks the StoneGhost in front of him (SG3) with the Spiritual Weapon and his Mace.
Spiritual Weapon: Attack: 6 Damage: 4 Bless Adder: 4
Mace: Attack: 20 Damage: 9 Bless Adder: 3
Gerrard Feldren - Human Noble in Ghosts of Saltmarsh
Kerric Brightblade - Elven Warrior in "Apocalypse"

The mace strikes it, and it takes 4 damage due to resistance.
OOC: Apologies for losing track of the fallen enemies briefly. None hit so I suppose it’s not an issue.
One foe remains that has not fled (SG1) or fallen (SG 2 and 4). Okkar swings again at SG3.
14
non magical slashing from axe:
3
His slash does 1 point of damage.
[I believe Nanoc has acted this turn. Has Galtheon? Or was his grapple attempt in this turn?]

I believe he attacked with melee weapons then prior turn and he is on deck for this one.
Galtheon would watch as SG2 flees, then focus on the one Ilecerys downed (SG3) )):
Attack: 23 Damage: 8 (Slash, non-magic)
Attack: 20 Damage: 9 (Puncture, non-magic)
If either hit: 1 (of same type as whatever hit first)
Forgot BLESS:
2 = 12
1 = 12
I think that means they all just get through the cracks...so damage is: 12 and 7 (halved)
(( I have no idea why this has manipulated rolls...dod you want a redo? ))
If redo needed (which seems good practice):
Attack: 19 Damage: 4 (Slash, non-magic)
Attack: 21 Damage: 9 (Puncture, non-magic)
If either hit: 6 (of same type as whatever hit first)
Which all seem to hit also...
(( New post for redo ))
Attack: 26 Damage: 5 (Slash, non-magic)
Attack: 26 Damage: 6 (Puncture, non-magic)
If either hit: 5 (of same type as whatever hit first)
OOC: I will use those “redo” numbers as final. After resistance it takes 2, 4 and 1, a total of seven.
You batter away at its surface, doing damage despite its natural resistance, but it remains standing.
(( Just checking, but I think I've missed a whole turn ))
I believe so - please go ahead and catch up now. There is one enemy so picking a target is easy now.
