Quintillion moved through the town of Saballi with a weightless joy to his step. It was spring, afterall! The time of his birth and the season he most felt at home with. The joy of flowers in bloom, the gentleness of sunlight and the music of birds and animals coming out from their winter's rest all made homes in his heart...which made him want to sing! Which lead to him getting sidetracked at the tavern for far longer than he had originally intended.
He stumbled out of the door of the tavern giggling and snorting, sounds of music and merriment fading out with the closing of the door behind him, just in time to see the rather large form of the half-Orc move past and head to the inn "That's right! I've got business there, silly Quinn!" He set off with a skip, briskly making his way to the inn.
Quinn swept through the door, humming a tune that had gotten caught in his head all the while "oh valley of plenty...." He made his way to the side of the half-Orc and waved to get his attention "Hey there, big guy! I'm Quintillion Amakiir, but my friends call me Quinn. Well...anyone can call me Quinn, if I'm being honest. Quintillion is such a mouthful, I don't know what the Madame was thinking when she named me that. Then again she named my sister Shiva and my brother Aust so maybe she just hates me...wait am I rambling? I'm rambling."
Quinn have a melodic chuckle, the sound telling of a well trained singing voice, before setting himself back on track "You're too tall to not see, well, everything happening around you. You wouldn't have caught sight of a saurian would you? I don't know exactly what he looks like, but his name is Dao so I imagine someone wise and hunched. Probably the type to regale you with stories of the good old days and- I'm rambling again aren't I?"
Ton looked over at the cute little elf and was enchanted by his voice. He always loved music and could tell by the purposeful melodic voice that the elf could sing. Ton drank the full flag of ale in what seemed like a sip and left it on the counter as he turned to regard Quinn as he continued speaking. The name Dao perked his ears. It was the name of the man he was sent here to meet.
"Good news and bad my friend. The good is I know of Dao and am here to see him myself. The bad is that I too do not know where he is."
The letter sent to him did mention that he would be working in a group..... A group. He saw a rag tag looking group at the church. He also saw that thing. His gut told him that the group he saw was more than likely the ones they were looking for. His Gut also told him he would have to work with "It"
Tons face scrunched as he thought about it.
" I have an idea" Ton said with a deep sigh that rumbled deep in his chest like distant rolling thunder. "Lets check the temple. I saw a group of fold there. My gut says they are there. Shall we?"
Ton stood up and made his way out, making sure to pay the crazy price for the tiny ale. Ton also made sure not to move too fast as not to out pace the elf in case the cute thing wanted to ramble some more.

Bo was torn. On the one hand, she had a strong suspicion that this sharkman might be I solution to the group's problem. On the otherhand, doing anything on her own since her Father's kidnapping has been twice as daunting as normal.
"You've made it this far haven't you?" Bo hears in her head, the voice of get father, "If you were able to travel to Saballi on your own talking to one man, strange though he may be, should be a walk in the park!"
Chiding herself for overthinking once again, and bolstered by the comforting voice in her head decides to walk over to the man and introduce herself "Hello there"

[Talisman Shop]
How to use Talismans:
Talismans are single use magic items that have various effects, some more potent than others. There are three types of Talismans... Tags, Orbs, and Powder. Tags can affect either a single creature, or an area within 1 mile. Orbs affect the user. and Powder affects an are depending on the size of the bag. Watch out though, Talismans are very experimental magic, and can rage out of control if used too recklessly. controversially, they could also do next to nothing if used too freely.
To use tags, simply rip them in half. then roll 1d100 for the potency. The bigger the number, the bigger the affect.
Orbs are use by griping them in a free hand, they will shatter and the affect will activate. Roll 1d100 for potency
Powder is used by throwing it at the target area, most powders have a varied potency, while a few are more fixed.

Perk - Swift, you have add an additional 10ft to your base movement.
Shortcoming - Sickly, Permanent -2 to CON. Diseases and Poisons Ignore any resistances and immunity you have, and affect you as if you don't have them.
Fear - Thalassophobia (fear of the ocean)
Background - Soldier. Allied with the shimmering knights of the Shining castle.
Backstory - I was born in the small village of Taldar. as I was growing up, I was taught that magic is unreliable, and weapons were a much more preferable alternative. at 12, I learned how to wield a greatsword, and gained the strength to do so.
At the age of 18, I joined the Shimmering Knights of the Shining Castle. I rose in the ranks quickly, and at 24 was a captain. I was sent on a solo mission deep in Deathwing Desert, and barely made it out with my life. I gained a fear of the ocean, and became sickly. to combat my newfound sickness, I practiced moving quickly, knowing that I couldn't take as much as I used to.
At 26, I had to hunt down a wizard named Averia, for reasons command refused to say. When I arrived, she was under attack by orcs. I helped her fight them off, and we struck up a conversation. I was able to befriend her, and I tried to get her away from command. but as we made it to the border, she betrayed me, and ran away without me. I gained not only a feeling that magic is unreliable, but that magic is something evil. I returned to the Knights, and pledged to find Averia, and take revenge.
Now, high command tells me to meet up with a group of adventurers, though it says nothing about trusting them. I am going to Saballi to meet with a contact. and that is where I am now.
