Zaf looks warily towards the house, and then back to the man. Presumably discerning nothing about their method of death, Zaf more fully pulls down the head of his cloak, transforming once more into Winter Wolf, and begin sniffing around the area for anything smelling distinctly non-friendly(ie. exempting the party) or human. As far as the voice was concerned, he'd leave it to the others do the talking.

Zaf: You're able to find tracks in the snow, but as you follow them, they curiously just stop in the middle of nowhere. Before you can try and guess what happened, something slashes out at you.
