Sorry I thought I posted but for some reason it didn't.  I will get to posting this afternoon.

Falami jumps to her feet after getting someone reaching into her mind and body.  She jumps to her feet and pulls a knife from her belt.  With her other hand she digs into a pocket and pulls out a bit of bone dust puts it in her mouth then grabs a flask and takes a drink. 20 

"Show yourself or fear my rath." And she cuts the palm of her hand with the dagger 9

And she edges into the room a little more.

Outside, Talinian you see all the skeletons readjust into a fighting stance.

ooc: If that counts as 'any movement' then the fireball goes off.  If not, he continues to wait until they move into action.  A single step in any direction is sufficient, if the aforementioned shift is not enough.

You tell  me if you think it should go off now or not.

They have not taken any steps, but look like they are ready for a fight, and kind of looking around.

Talinian cocks his head, thinking for a moment, and then utters the final syllable of the spell and unleashes the fireball.

7 of the 19 skeletons burn and fall into a pile of bones, 10 of them catch on fire and start to scan to see where the attack might have come from.  1.  The last two that were outside the blast are holding a ling set of bones tied together like a staff, they almost in unison lift and smash their staff on the ground and they start to glow green.  

I would say that with the wording from Talinian and timing of everything the fireball happens just after Falami cuts her own hand, and she turns to the door of the tent and starts to take her first steps.

They have no clue where you are Talinian.

"Not so fast." Mia inhaled a guiding breath as she'd extend her hand to grab hold of Falami.

As soon as Mia makes herself known from the cut on her hand comes 6 darts of blood and they hit you Mia you take 38 force damage. cancle that damage, I am on the phone and guy 6 for dinner reason.  32

So 26 damage, that looks more correct.

Side note, Falami has no chance of beating the check so she is grappled.

Bones quickly looks around for some cloth or something to tie around Falami's mouth to stop her from verbally issuing orders or casting various spells (Perception: 19) and then uses it quickly while Mia has the mage held tight.

Yeah no problem there is old cloths everywhere.

On her turn, she used her reaction to cast MM, she is going to try and break the graple 18 Mia I am making your check in the intrest of time.  Ath 18

So as an action Falami breaks free, then uses her BA to Disengage, and her movement to get to the other end of the tent.  Please everyone take their actions.

(Magic Missiles as a reaction? Never heard of that. And a +8 against my grapple? A mage? And a BA disengage? Okay. Wow.)
