(Si'Juul is standing on top of the stack of lumber. Can he see more from there?)

Si'Juul immediately turns towards the opposite side of the hold(lower right), eyes scanning everything. Muttering to himself more than anything.

"..... Captain owes us big for this....."

Perception roll: 10(possibly not needed anyway, with Twitch's nat 20)

Roll stealth, Si'Juul.

(Uploading the map now, before I go to work.) The lumber is stacked higher than the barrels, and Si'Juul can see down into an open space.  Barrels have been moved to block the way in.  Two goblins with bows crouch behind the barricade, ready to fire.  Four more goblins hang back, blades in their hands, around a metal cookpot with a fire burning inside it, rats, potatoes and cabbage hunks impaled on sticks and roasting over the flames.

(Before the goblin area, there is a large door aft, closed.

Stealth:13

The goblins remain staring toward the barricade: none of them notice you crawling over the lumber pile.

Si'Juul will hold his hand up over the logs so the group below can see, holding up four fingers then pointing towards the corner where the goblins are.

Elhanna walks over to Parren “May I take a looks at your wounds? I can try and patch you up a little before the next fight?”

Paren stretches under the bandages and tests himself. His voice sounds quite muffled but happy. "Thank you kindly. I'll have to watch how you do things. My order may be healers but I'm afraid it's not my specialty." 

Twitch signals to the others to keep out of sight and the weapons away. She had no problem dispatching spiders, but these goblins were another thing altogether. She wanted to know at the very least what they were up to before starting to attack them. Moving up to the corner of the stacked lumber, standing a little below the bird man, she makes sure to be able to use the corner as cover, should the goblins begin to fire, but then steps out and starts speaking in common, gnomish, and in thieves' cant:" Hey there, we don't mean you any harm, just let us know what you're doing here, and what you want. I'll start, I'm Twitch, I'm working on this boat, and we've been sent down here to deal with the spider problem. As far as I'm concerned, we don't need to do you any harm."

If needed: Persuasion: 8

Two arrows get shot at Twitch. (disadvantage for cover) Either they don't understand, or just don't want to chat.

Attack: 12 Damage: 7

Attack: 21 Damage: 7

Si'Juul immediately returns fire upon one of the goblin shooters.

"Never expected that to work for second."

The bullet misses the goblin, just barely, and thuds into the deck...  3 5

The goblins look around, puzzled, for the source of the loud bang and the thump beside their feet, and fail to see you or detect the bullet hole at all.

Probably want to roll initiative for the rest of the fight.

Goblins initiative: 7

The arrow, though only a graze still stung. "Damn, at least we tried. From now on I'm just defending myself!" To the bird man, she shouts: "I'm the shipwright here, could you NOT shoot up the ship? Worst case, we'll have to plug a leak in the middle of a fight!"

With that, she ducked out of cover, and sprinted across to the stack of lumber on the other side. With the barricade, a frontal attack was not going to do much good, and anyways she hated doing what everyone expected. Looking at the stack of lumber, is there a way she could loosen whatever restraints hold the lumber in place?

Perception: 15

Roll initiative first, then anyone rolling higher than the goblin's 7 can take their action at once.

The lumber pile is stacked boards, bound by metal bands. It's possible a sharp blow with an axe, hammer, bullet, chisel, or other heavy impact could break them.

"Tch....blame the runt that dodged my bullet....besides, take more than this to sink this thing..."

Paren sprints forward, straining against the new bandages, throwing a dart as he runs, and then attempts to jump up on the wood stack to the right of the goblins.

Attack: 20  Damage: 6

who has a light source? Thought it was Si’Juul but he is off climbing on the logs :)  

Si'Juul takes another shot at the goblin.

"You're not getting away from me, cretin."

After seeing the goblin fire at Twitch after she tried to solve the situation peacefully, Elhanna takes out her shield and mace and rush at them. 

She raises the shield and on the front of the it is the same infinity symbol as is on her necklace. “Miskael, Lend me strength!” And From her shield burst a holy light. (Word of Radiance)

Elhanna will position herself between the goblin and her comrades and any goblin within 5ft need to roll a constitution save 12  or take 5 radiant damage.

((Let's just say he either managed to climb up with the torch, or stuck it an a crack between the boards or something.  There should still be enough light for Elhanna to see, if she wants to take an action. Just waiting on her before the goblins go.))

Paren's dart leaves one goblin badly wounded, and Si'Juul blows away a second one. (I am guessing you are targeting the ones with bows? In which case, G1 is down, G2 wounded.)
