Tales from Talaveroth

The inn is quite empty in the morning, just Lydia moving in and out of the kitchen and Benji sitting in the corner playing with a wooden figure of a knight. 

Before leaving, Poinki makes sure to scarf down as much breakfast as he can get for free without fighting for it.

"I'll be outside."

Si'Juul exits the inn and walks over to the fruit vendor to buy some.

(Guessing I just give a gold piece? I don't have any copper or silver.)

The vendor hands you a bag of 10 apples and gives you back 9 silver as change. "I don't think you'll be wanting 100 apples." He says with a smile.

Poinki is able to shovel in three plates of food before Lydia cuts him off.

Si'Juul nods to the man.

"Thank you."

He returns to the group with his sack of apples.

Like all teenagers, Elhanna likes to sleep. That is why she hadn’t woken up together with the rest of the party. She sat up groggily in her bed and noticed that everyone was gone. 
“Damn it damn it damn it!” She swore and hurried up. She quickly brushed her hair and put her long white and blue clerics dress on and hurries down to the dining room for some breakfast. She comes down just as Si’Juul walks out. 

“Top of the morning” she greet her friends “you could have woken me up you know.” She say with a glint in her eye, a little happy they’d let her sleep. She shoved a scone in her mouth and drank some tea. “What’s the plan today?”

"Same as it always was. Check on the guy, provide aid if needed, see about getting paid. After that, we're apparently left to our own devices."

He gestures to the note Twitch received.

"So we can discuss future plans first or head over to the man's house after breakfast."

"I'm for heading over there. Things seem simple enough so far, I'm curious to find out whether this is a test or not."

"Poinki is all filled up and ready to go," says Poinki.  "Oh...I mean Bubba Barrelguts is all filled up and ready to go. We go now?"

"I think we should. Nothing else to do beforehand, right?"

Si'Juul begins walking out of the inn and headed towards the man's house.

Poinki jumps up, belches, and follows.

Whoever wants to take charge of leading the way please make a perception check.

Elhanna probably stays in the back. 

Twitch is happy to lead the way.

Perception: 16 and 20 for advantage

Twitch leads you through the town quite easily and eventually you come to a cemetery. In the centre of it you see a small stone house and off a little ways past that you can also see another larger stone structure.

"Should we split up? Check both buildings at once."

"From what we heard about this man, and the feeling I get, it's not critical that we find him immediately. Better to stick together and check out one after the other. I'd suggest go for the humbler one first."

"Just in case, better prepare any medical supplies if you have any, Elhanna."

Si'Juul begins walking to the small house.

You arrive at the small house. The shutters are open but it's dark inside. You can also see that the door isn't closed properly.
