Tales from Talaveroth

Si'Juul will follow close behind Twitch, pulling his Goggles of Night over his eyes.

OOC: Si'Juul, Twitch took a torch, no need for the goggles

As you start down the stairs you both here a voice echoing quite clearly up the stairs. "Why won't it WORK?! It worked on the dogs!!" It seems to come from deeper in the crypt. 

As you get to the bottom of the stairs you see another, slightly smaller altar. In front of it two large dogs are sleeping, seemingly oblivious to the noise and your light.

(Poinki follows them downstairs as well.)

(Put them on just in case, no penalty either way)

Si'Juul slowly makes his way sneakily up behind the person.

If he manages to be stealthy, then when he gets to them he will put a hand over their mouth from behind and put the barrel of his gun against the back of their neck, softly whispering,

"You will say nothing and you will follow."

And begins leading the person back outside.

(To clarify, you heard a voice, there is no person on this level. The only things on this level are the altar and the dogs.)

(Oh, then I will change to just slowly continuing my way down)

You make your way quietly to the next set of stairs and continue your way down. One of the dogs may have opened its eyes but it doesn't seem to care that you're there. 

At the bottom of the next set of stairs are a set out double doors to the right and a single door to the left. The set of double doors is kept shut by a crowbar, the single door is halfway open.

Poinki will listen at the crowbar-blocked doors for any suspicious noises. (perception 3 )

Poinki hears growling and what sounds like the rattling of bones.

Si'Juul will check the single door, listening in.

Si'Juul hears nothing 

He makes his way over to the other door with Poinki, trying to open the door by slowly turning the knob.

(Assuming that you're sliding out the crowbar from the door handles. If so, make a strength save)

"Sure you want door open?" says Poinki dubiously.  But he tries to help out. Strength: 21

"Metal stick not want to move anywhere."

Before Poinki can really get a good grasp to help the door is slammed open from the inside, pushing Si'Juul back 10 feet. 

In front of you stand two figures. One looks to have been a warrior at some point. It wears old rusty chainmail and wields a large sword.

The other figure is older, it's flesh having completely rotted away. It too wields a large sword.
