I was once part of Gaia Online, like the silly little teenager I once was. I didn't do much on there though except roleplay. I never realized it, but I was essentially playing DnD back then. We would make our characters, stats, backstories, and sometimes rolled dice for combat stuff. Not official DnD but still. Well my favorite story was one I made up based on the Final Fantasy X world! I would like to bring it back however but in DnD!
I am Looking for...
Just a small group of adventurers. People who know enough about FFX to be comfortable. You don't need to know the ins and outs, but at least enough lore to make it by. I would HEAVILY prefer roleplay and scenarios such as that. When it comes to character creation and races I do not limit official content, Critical Role, or Playtest stuff.
I want 3 people versed in FFX. I will also be playing a character and DMing as well. If you are deadly serious about playing, jk not deadly but still, SHOOT ME A PM TITLED "FFX THAT LAUGH THOUGH"
The Story
Will be significantly different than the games so don't rely on the knowledge of how to beat the big bad like in the game. All the PCs will know each other prior to the story's beginning. So, who would like to play?
It has been a while since I played FFX and FFX-2, but I did beat both games, and I think a cleric of Yevon would be interesting. I sent a PM regarding Lilyesse Verdant, a Nature Domain cleric who is staunchly anti-machina and adverse to the Al Bhed people.
Not gonna lie...it's been so long since I've played it I don't remember much about it...and when I looked to refresh myself I realized I mixed up X and XII a lot in my mind. But I'm down...I'm thinking a greatsword wielding fighter. Whats a final fantasy game without a giant sword?
