A deep sigh escapes High Priest Tazyara as he stands up, turning towards Luna. "Child, I had hoped that you would have grown out of this... defiance; under the guidance of Mentor. I should have known that the person I helped watch over for the last forty years wouldn't have changed that much in only five." He sighs again. "Luna, whatever your mission is, this object is not on that path for you. Your quest is for more than just sitting in this shop." He motions to the room around you. "It is for the greater world beyond." Tazyara says gesturing towards to open front door and the world beyond. "It's time for you to grow up Luna. The world and this kingdom needs you to do that; we are all counting on you now. Our lives are in your hands, its time to for you to stop grabbing at random things with them, like a toddler."
Leaning against the doorway, Branra had actually begun to doze off during the long ritual before being woken by Tarric calling out "Luna's awake!"
He was glad to see Cobash grab the young woman to keep her from making the same mistake a second time. When he catches Cobash's eye he will give him a head nod and tap his chest with his closed hand, the way Branra's tribes acknowledged a good deed.
After the priest tells Luna that her path is outside of the shop, the barbarian looks for Sedna and says to her "What about you? Are you ready to resume your journey to fame? We could always use another strong arm in our quest."
Cobash releases Luna, "Good you are back," he nods and does the same acknowledgement to Branra, then turns to Sedna, "Hope that you are free also. But what of our buying goods and our gold?"
The smile that crosses Sedna's face is unlike any you have seen before; and could only be described as the smile of someone that has just been granted freedom. "I... I have no idea how to make a potion... I'm... I'm free of this cursed place..." She says again quickly; "...I'm free of this place..." Suddenly she yells; "I'M FREE OF THIS PLACE!!!", before she runs outside and around the carriage several times in joy.
After a few moments she returns. "Thank you, thank you all!" She goes to shake Cobash's hand, before pausing, remembering what he said. "Yeah, you should be rewarded, true. What was the deal again?" She thinkings. "Five Potions and Five Healing Kits each right? Plus the dozen extra...." She walks away mid sentence and starts bagging up the supplies. "...that is 37 Potions and 25 Healing Kits. Might as well throw in three Potions of Greater Healing just to bring it to an even forty." She then starts gathering up a few of her items from around the shop, and carries everything to the carriage. She then calls in from outside; "So, when are we going?"
High Priest Tazyara steps forward into Luna's approaching hug, just to make sure that there is a little more distance between his back and the object. "I missed you too my child. Stay safe, and don't let another five years go by without a visit, okay?"
Luna smiles like a kid that was just given candy; "Okay, also hows Krivi I miss her so much." Luna turns and looks at the group and asks; "If she could go visit her."
Addi looks with suspicious eyes at Luna. Now she understands why she has an odd feeling about Luna. Addi remembers to the temple where she grew up, and hearing stories about the Temple of Life. Addi doesn't trust Luna now, with her being the daughter of the High Priest of the Temple of Life. Addi just stares at her and remembers her past. She slowly grabs at her amulet, hidden under her clothes. It is set of three blue, intertwined circles with a black question mark in the center. She remembers being picked up by Mentor after her... incident. After the change. For now, she doesn't say anything, only watch as she does so often.
"Do we need any other supplies for our trip? If not, lets drop the Shaman off at his temple, let Luna say a quick hi to Krivi, and then go kill evil beasts!"
"Agreed. Let Luna say goodbyes, then we go hunt." Cobash taps the hilt of his halberd on the ground, picks up the rest of his stuff and makes his way out to join Sedna at the cart. He nods to her and takes up his previous perch at the back of the cart.
The High Priest stumbles several times, as he is dragged. "Whoa Luna, slow down. There is no need to rush; and there is no need to take the carriage, the temple is just a few blocks away." Terric, having rejoined the group, chimes in; "Has anyone seen Redrik? I think he rushed off towards the arena. We should inform him that the curse has been broken, before we leave."
Cobash grunts, "You can try find dwarf. But short one hard to see in crowds hehe," he chuckles at his joke, "If you feel need to find Redrik, fine, but we have spent much time here already. Should we be going?"
"Good point, you all are on an important journey. Fine, I'll accept the ride back to the temple; where I can give you all a proper blessing for your voyage." The High Priest says, before climbing up to the top of the carriage, next to Tarric. As soon as everyone is ready, the horses surge forward, carrying the large transport with them. In no time the Temple of Life comes into view and soon after you all arrive. The doors to the church burst forward and Krivi, a small dark skinned gnome, comes rushing out to meet her friend Luna. Tazyara hops down; "I'll be right back, I'm going to gather up some divine water for the blessing." He says, before heading into the temple.
"I've been so good, though a lot more bored with you away. So...I hear you got yourself cursed? Didn't you learn not to do that after last time?" Krivi says, with an admonishing look upon her face.
High Priest Tazyara returns with his hands full of supplies. "This will just take a few moments." He says, as he moves over towards the horses; sprinkling water upon their foreheads.
The High Priest walks up to Luna and sprinkles water upon her forehead too; "No Luna, I have a more important mission for Krivi. She is to look after the healing shop that Sedna has been kind enough to grace us with." Before you can answer, he turns and begins circling the carriage; sprinkling water upon it as he goes.
Cobash grunts in contempt as the priest sprinkles water over the cart, “Water no help against chaos. Enemy hits hard, water only quench thirst.“ He turns to the others, “I am good to leave, but check if you need other supplies first.”
