(Pocketmouse, thanks for the damage roll. SinarLightwood, I forgot the rage.  Osso's HP is now adjusted.  DragonDenn, I think dispel magic would work here because the description of Hex says it is in effect "until the spell ends."  I would think Dispel Magic would end the spell.  Here is a possibly relevant discussion. )

I think we just need Osso's action.  If you are incapacitated, feel free to discuss tactics with your team.  I feel bad that you are left out.

Both the people who got hit with the spell first go-through took damage to wake up. Do we know that they can also be taken out of it by someone using their action? (Though, of course, if no one wants to use their action to do so, that's understandable, but maybe someone who has more than 1 attack? Or is that all the people who are incapacitated?)

Hallanann will fire a fire bolt at A2:

A1 needs a concentration check as well to keep up the spell.
