Honor is going to do a little shopping, and she's got plenty of money at the moment, so she would offer to help out Naivara (and Higgul) before meeting back up to set out.
Naivara would initially protest the offering of help, but if Honor insists she would get another 20 arrows and a pouch suitable for holding components for spells to put her mistletoe in. "Thanks Honor," she says, "I'll pay you back... once I get some money."
You finish up your shopping, then head West out of town.

You walk till noonish without finding anything amiss, other than you have not seen Mylene's crew at all. There are signs of a group moving down the road ahead of you, but it is clear she is not waiting for you.

Around 12:30 you come to where an old road seems to run North, and you feel the pull directly north of you now, which Higgul, nad the other NPCs, says owuld indicate most likely that Thundertree is your destination. The road looks to have been more than half-reclaimed by the forest. There are great lengths where there is simply no road left, and others where a small section of the road can be spotted here and there.
There are signs of a group heading north ahead of you.
Who is going to lead from this point? I will need a survival roll from that person to see how well you follow the path north. You can't exactly get lost, as the pull of the items is a direct compasspoint for you to follow, but you could spend time wandering a bit.
One of the NPCs can lead if the PCs don't wish to do so. Let me know and I'll roll for them if that is the case.
Honor shrugs. "That's fine with me," Honor says to Naivara. "I'm assuming the tracks are Mylene and her group, so we can use them as a starting point, but I trust you'd be able to spot anything amiss."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The group wanders a bit, Naivara losing the track for a while. This makes it take a bit longer as you lose a half-hour wandering, but the pull from the North keeps you mostly going in the correct direction.

roll: 4
Getting back on track you travel for a half-a-day, with nothing bothering you, and then start looking for a place to make a camp. Give me another survival roll for finding a good campsite.
Alden gives Naivara a smile. "No worries, I probably would have gotten us turned around completely." He sits down next to her and flirts with her as the others work on setting up camp.
Hezra stays close to Sylcan, as they hike, as they set up camp, and as they sleep together.
Higgul would lend a hand around the camp, doing whatever is needed to get things taken care of.
Sylcan offers to take the early morning watches, preferring those over the late-night watches. After helping out with setting up the camp, he invites the others to play matches with him, and suggests gambling some silver on the results. He pulls out a dragonchess set, which he explains he bought in the general store.
Honor laughs. "To be honest, I probably wouldn't have noticed we were off track if you hadn't pointed it out." She'll help with setting up the tents (Honor bought one also). "What do you make of these hidden caches? Do you think there's any rhyme or reason to them -- where they are, what they are? I mean, we all recognized the things that 'belonged' to us, even if that might not be true. But the first set belonged to other people. The second set was buried. We're only sensing one at a time -- something still has to be watching all of us."
"It's no problem." he says in response to Naivara. "You got us here; that's great. Plus we have this spot here; we've got you to thank for that."
Kierro wouldn't participate in Sylcan's dragonchess game - mostly because he doesn't have much money to gamble with. He is, however, interested in observing the matches.
When they set up camp, he would offer his tent to anyone who doesn't have one yet (Naivara or one of the NPCs I think.)
"You do not have to go "bleeding heart" and all that now. Tents fit two - Naivara can stay in my and if you take Alden with you we are all set and you do not have count the stars until morning." Naivara would probably prefer to stay outside, but the more reasons to offer, right?
Honor's question was quite interesting, though. "Watching I can tolerate (to a degree) but what is that god's game? Why not return us all pieces at once? I would understand showing us special places or important people, but we are running around something, that even locals count as an insignificant mark on the map, an excuse for a town. I can not see the pattern aside obvious timing, and it irritates me."
"I dont need a tent," Naivara says, flushing a little at Alden's compliments, "I'll sleep outside with Vale. Maybe... maybe this is some kind of test?"
Kierro hurries back to the tavern. "Sorry for the wait. Thanks for picking up the supplies; let's get going."

Kierro isn't exactly good at navigating in the wilderness, but he will offer Naivara his guidance: 1
(Survival roll is now 13.)
