Cade, you successfully convince the frogs to not attack you.
The rest of you can now safely cross the pool - how do you do so?
(As a reminder, the room you are in features a frigid pool and a 25-foot long wooden beam that is resting against the western side of the cave wall. There isn't much else inside, save for a few rocks.)
Thurakk and Flyn successfully move the beam into place, where it reaches across the pool and to the other side. You are able to walk on it across to the other side of the pool now, if you so wish.
With the frogs both agreeing not to attack Cade would cross the beam as soon as it is in place.
"Sorry..." He says out loud as he crosses. "First frog agreed not to attack us, but I didn't think to ask if there were other frogs about. will not make that mistake again if i can help it."
You all make your way safely over the beam, and onto the other side of the pool. Those of you with darkvision (I don't believe anyone has a light source, which will hinder you moving on), you see the cave splits into two rooms - on the left, the cavern reeks, and smells of bat guano; on the right, you see a long hallway leading into a bigger cavern.
Thurrak moves across the beam with the rest, keeping his shortsword at the ready as they walk into the darkness. As it gets darker he will stop and pull out a tinderbox and a torch, lighting it to pass it off to one of the halflings since they need it more then he does. "Careful around the bat droppings..."
Looks around for a stone of the perfect size and casts both Light and Magic stone on it, holding up so the light is blocked from the group by her hand.
(Does the light show anything else, perception 23)
Kane will go back across the beam and to his Pulk. He will take out his blanket and use his dagger to cut a mask out of the fabric. Kane will tie the mask around his nose and mouth and take out a torch and rejoin the group. Kane will slide the torch in his belt and move with the party.
Nixco, while the light does not show anything else in your vicinity, you do hear croaking, coming from past the long hallway on the right. Cade, while you don't see any tracks, as the floor is stone, you do notice that the bat guano is undisturbed, and has no evidence of recent footprints.
Upon noticing Thurrak's cautious approach Nixco realises that he is trying to be undetected. She follows him while trying to not shine her light on him.

Thurakk will move to try and get the beam down so that they will not have to risk swimming across the freezing water.
Flyn helps Thurakk, not wanting to get in the water if he doesn't have to.

Nixco
"Many thanks" She walks the beam to the other side. "Well done with the frogs!"
Kane
Kane will wait to see what the others do but, if there is more than a 5 minute wait he will make his way across the beam to the other side.

"Better than having to deal with both." Flyn says as he crosses the board.

She whispers, "shall we avoid the shit?"
Cade accepts a torch with a nod of thanks. he is then ready to continue, letting someone else take the lead though as they get further inside.
he would look for tracks, to see if there is a common path used by those who use this way more often.

Thurrak will keep close to the group, keeping alert as he moves to step ahead of the group. He will do his best to move quietly as he steps forward.

Towards the bigger cavern away from the smell of the guano.

Upon noticing Thurrak's cautious approach Nixco realises that he is trying to be undetected. She follows him while trying to not shine her light on him.
Flyn follows along beside the tall cleric and simply tries to just not get in the way.

Not able to see in the dark as well as the others, Cade follows along behind, where the torch he was handed won't give them away.
