Braithe sighs: "I never thought I'd live to see Caitlin and Marius again. I don't know if I trust her. I've been trained to hate and mistrust tieflings, but maybe she's one of the good ones."
"Trust her or not she is offering a solution to our problem and I'm going to take her up on it. Also, she has whats left of your family and if I was you I would do whatever it takes to get my family back and keep them safe."
"Trust her or not," Zenhymm scoffs. "So just like that we're gonna trust a tiefling?! And not just any tiefling: Emperor Malith's niece! Don't you think that maybe she has plenty of reason to lie to us? To lure us into a trap? Braithe, she was there when your brother was stripped down, naked as the day he was born, and subjected to horrors we can only imagine, and you just want to gamble those children's lives on some tiefling whore?!"
"She didn't seem like she was lying to me. This also seems like the best way out of the city. Regardless of how we try to leave there is going to be some sort of risk. Beyond that even if it is a trap we can always attempt to commandeer a ship and leave on it. If you're scared of a trap then you don't have to come. Stay here and try to find another way out of the city but I'm going to the docks."
"Have you all lost your ******* minds?!" Zenhymm screams, marching down the corridor to the stairs. "I'm not going to follow that tiefling whore into whatever hellpit she crawled out of, and if you do follow her, you're even bigger ******* fools that I thought you were to begin with. And let me tell you another thing: No tiefling is going to tell me what to do. I don't care if that imposter emperor was here now, I'd take care of him. I'd..."
Zenhymm is cut short as a twelve foot gold sceptre hurtles up the staircase, smashing into his ribcage. Blood and bone goes flying. Zenhymm coughs up blood, his eyes bulging as an an 8-foot tiefling marches up the stairs, with a band of guards behind them. You all recognise him instantly. The tiefling eyes the drow up and down, savouring every darkly delicious moment as the life drains from his eyes.
"What are you going to do, elf?" the tiefling tilted his horned head. "Are you going to kill me? Stop my army? What was your name? I didn't catch it. I suppose it doesn't matter because nobody will remember it once I've killed your friends over here; but people will always remember the name of Emperor Leucis Malith."
Zenhymm uses his last ounce of effort to spit coagulated blood in the tieflings face. The emperor's face screws up, but he casually wipes the crimson gunk away, flicks it to the floor and pulls the sceptre from Zenhymm chest. The drow drops to the floor, crumpled under his own crushed bones. Three guards fill the narrow corridor behind Leucis, trampling Zenhymm's battered corpse. The tiefling usurper turns to the adventurers and smiles.

Edit: The Initiative roll is in the Spoilers Box. I do not know why it did not work the first time.
"Shit" Scottie yells out in Dwarvish. "Quick we need to get everyone out of here."
Initiative: 1d20+1 = [roll]1d20+1[/rolIl]
If not all the guards and Emperor Malith are not asleep, restrained, or immobile when Scottie's turn arrives then Scottie's first action will be to cast Entangle DC:13.
If they are asleep, restrained, or immobile when Scottie's turn arrives then Scottie will usher Galbraithe out the window and Scottie will follow
Half of Leucis' guards succumb to Arvidsjaur's sleep spell. Leucis himself is unfazed. As everyone makes their way back into the cramped trash room, Scottie casts his entanglement spell and roots and vines grow from beneath the floorboards, but the tiefling rips them off like they are only paper; this does however buy you enough time to get everyone into the room and close the door behind you.
[This guy is a pretty high level. Not telling you what to do, but if I were you, I would run. Fast!]
"Quick everyone down the rope. Head to the meet-up point. I have one final trick." Using the last of his magical energies [also known as his last spell slot] he will cast Fog Cloud in the room and then head out the window himself.
A fog fills the room, giving everyone just enough time to escape out the door and onto the rooftop. You can see the docks 5 miles south of The Sallow Sow.

Note: that if at any time while we are running if Braithe slows down or starts coughing he will pick Braithe up and run with him. Scottie shouldn't be encumbered with him because Firbolg has the Powerful Build trait. As soon as we reach the docks Scottie will immediately begin looking for Aliira.
Arvidsjaur stays behind and conjures a silent image of a 15-foot spider. Leucis staggers back for a moment, and orders his men to attack it. By the time they figure out the spider is nothing more than an illusion, the adventurers have a ten minute head start on them.
After some travelling, you can see the Midgard Docks just beyond Market Square. The Fesitval of the Lunar Wolf is in full swing: bar wenches are handing out ale; people dressed in bright colours with wolf masks; and there is a large amount of guards patrolling the streets. If you cross the festival undetected in thirty minutes, you will reach Aliira in time and set off on your quest.

Haven having been jolted too action by the sight of fighting shakes off his lingering confusion at the tiefling wines visit and rushes for the window.
"It will make a good story....of we live to tell it. Does any one know anything about this isle we're supposed to take these children to?"
Abandain ... Tiefling ... Home ... Explain ... Later" Scottie will huff out to Haven as we are running away towards Midgard Docks.
