"I've never been much for the stealth scene, I must admit." he says. "I've always been the direct approach kind of man but, if you feel stealthis the way I will try my best." he says with a smile.
"Like Sir Gadston," Dench says, "stealth is not my strength. I can certainly try, however. Lathander may guide us as well." He shifts in the hut, crossing and uncrossing his legs.
"We have the night to plan, I believe. Perhaps some of us could take a more frontal approach and the ones suited for stealth use our distraction. Though care should be taken all around. I do not like how intact that tower is. Something has to be over it."
(There is nothing immediately pressuring/threatening the group, so ball is in your court. Feel free to plan in and out of character. Let me know what you want to do and when you want to do it.)
(I suggest Uri uses pass without trace for us all to sneak across just before dawn. Gavyn then tries to pick the lock on the door. If that fails, we try another way in - possibly Uri ascending to the telescope and securing a rope, but since we don't have a great track record with climbing, we might be better off trying to get in via the other building. I that fails, maybe we drop the subtlety and just go in through the bloody window!)
Gavyn puffs on his pipe, thinking. "While splitting up is not ideal, the distraction idea has merit. Just as we did with the group of bandits earlier-have them looking one way and strike from another."

"A distraction you say." he says with a smile. "I think I could manage such a thing.Though, since we are going through the front door I presume that they will know once its open, if there are any inside to be concerned about it , that is."
"I agree on looking at that second building. Have Uri ready to go through the top as we look around. See into the window as he goes up." Direcris looks at the structures as shadows overtake them. "We should keep an eye on that light tonight. Try to see if it is serving a purpose or if it is just illuminating the room."
"Let's begin with the other building," Dench says. "Since it seems to be growing dark, I propose sneaking into it now." He moves towards the door of the hut.
Gadston takes his position in the marching order. Normally he would be singing a little tune but, due to the desire to be more clandestine, he will only hum it to himself. Occassionally those close to him will hear "And she said with a wiry smile...." and "the blade turns and spins as she dances on".

The sun has just set behind the high mountain peaks, but the sky is still bright with the dramatic colors of dusk.

"And what is the purpose of the other building?", wonders Uri.

Dench would be in favor of pass without trace to cross the bridge, but he'd suggest the other building, then climbing, then picking the door.

"I wonder what could be the purpose of the other building?" Uri wonders aloud.

(Assuming all of the group are with us, Uri will cast pass without trace using 2 ki points. Stealth: 39)
Sir Gadston
Gadston gets up, sets his pack right on his bask and makes sure his weapons are secure.
"Right" he says with some enthusiasm "Off we go then."
Gavyn will take the lead so he can scout the area while the party moves: stealth 33 perception 26
(That's a +23 to stealth with pass without trace lol)
(And a double crit??? Well. I won't be hitting anything next combat.)

Direcris takes down the hut and follows the others. He will glance at the green light as he travels, but most of his attention will be on the path.
He'll cast Mage Armor on himself.
