Katernin boards the boat once she's sure that every is on safely. "Be careful," she hisses as they plan. "For all we know there are a lot more down there. We need to keep them alive so we can figure it out."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Everyone in the party manage to make it on board without alerting the crew nor falling. The light is dim. (Everyone without darkvision has disadvantage on Perception checks that rely on sight.) The ocean is loud. (Perception checks that rely on hearing are made with disadvantage.) The wind gusts from the southeast (upper left on the map) and the ship rocks.
FinFin flies over the Stone, around the smuggler ship, and confronts the pair of sailors from the port side of the ship.
"Rahhr!" bellows the pseudodragon in a half-elven lilt.
The young bandit is quick on the draw. She fires a bolt from her crossbow at Finfin almost instantly. Light Crossbow Attack: 17. Piercing damage: 7
The other sailor draws his longsword. He is wearing a fancy red outfit and cape. The pair are surprised. They squint at the pseudodragon, baffled.
Dain rushes in hefting his huge maul in two hands. He leaps into the air and brings the maul down vertically, seemingly heedless of the risk to himself, trying to squash the swordsman into the deck of the ship. He's just about keeping a scream inside him but looks ready to burst with pent up excitement and adrenalin.
Maul: Attack: 15 Damage: 12 (attacking Recklessly this round, seeing as we have surprise! Also, despite his recklessness, if he knocks the swordsman to 0 HP he will knock him unconscious, not kill him.)
Dain charges in wildly with his maul, rounding the mast, passing the crossbow wielding sailor, and tries to clobber the caped swordsman. It's close – the maul grazes the dodging man, but scrapes harmlessly off his thick chainmail.
FinFin flies up into the black, windy night.
Molo limps ahead (Dash=20ft, catching up to Dain and preparing to Shove the swordsman (next turn).
Fianna blasts a beam of crackling purple plasm at the bandit, pummeling her rather seriously. Kelnan lobs a sphere of pure lightning at her, but misses, and disappears over the ocean.
Katernin may act next, then Dain gets another attack.
A pillar of radiant flames descends upon the swordsman. He tries to dodge: Dex Save: 10
...and fails. He bellows as it sears him.
You hear shouts of alarm from both the forecastle and the poop deck above and to both sides of you. (Both decks are about eight feet above you forward and stern, protected by low railings; ladders lead to both.)
Dain lets out a huge howl of pent up energy, giving up on any attempt at subtlety, and swings his huge maul once again. His face is screwed up in a scowl of anger and adrenaline as he swings wildly about himself. Only the fact that Molo is even shorter than he keeps the little kobold out of the range of the crazy sweeps of his huge hammer.
Bonus Action: Enter Rage. Action: Attack Recklessly with his maul: Attack: 16 Damage: 9 (note, attacks against Dain gain Advantage till his next turn).
Dain clobbers the caped mariner with his maul, knocking a tooth clear out of his head. He staggers, but does not go down.
He grimaces and spits blood. "Boarders!" he shouts to his comrades. "Kill 'em!"
He comes after Dain with a pair of skilled sword moves: Longsword attack #1 vs. Dain: 14 Disarm on hit: (DC 14 Strength save or drop maul) Longsword attack #2 vs. Dain: 16 Slashing damage: 9
...his attempt to disarm Dain fails, but his slash does not, resulting in a bloody wound across Dain's shoulder and bicep.

Meanwhile, Fianna fires another beam of crackling energy at the young sailor, but it flies wide. The boat is upside down, but there's a space underneath where the petite half-elf can slide under (becoming prone, but with full cover.)
Kelnan incinerates the crossbow-wielding bandit where she stands with a blinding ball of pure lightning.
Three more dim figures appear at the rails above, on the poop deck: - a man in red, carrying a quarterstaff - a bearded, heavyset man in black - a young teenage boy holding a hooded lantern
A fourth - an older guy with a crossbow - appears over the rails of the forecastle.
"Hey!" shouts the man in black, with a deep, gravelly, commanding voice. "Hold and state your business!"
The man with the staff mutters something and makes a small gesture with his hand.
