Lucky looks over Kelnan’s shoulder, trying to learn what he can of the process the mage is using to ID the glasses. Once he explains what they do, Lucky asks, “Would it be okay if I looked after them, Pointy? They’d really help me in some of my ... work.”
As discussion turns to what to do next, Lucky mentions that he’s missing a pouch of money, if people are wanting to return to the wreckage. He goes on to describe his money pouch, which sounds exactly the same as Fianna saw the acolytes had found.
Finally, when it comes to what to do next, Lucky’s only contribution is that “I feel we should stick together. This place is dangerous and there’s safety in numbers.” He’s not fussed which option we follow up.
(OOC apologies for reduced post quality; camping. Does my Lucky feat recharge overnight, DM?)
Fianna didn't really get a description of the pouch of coin found other than the amount in it. She will mention that they found exactly that amount but that she let them go as she had no idea it belonged to one of the people she knew...
Kelnan hands the glasses over to Lucky. "A delightful little trinket, but I don't suppose I'd have much use for it. Thank you for the privilege of examining it."
In the morning. he considers a walk on the beach, but remembers the jackalwere and decides going off alone might be a bad idea. Instead he orders whatever might pass for breakfast here and joins whoever else has made it down.
Reed waits until everyone has gathered. He looks around at them importantly and then announces "We're going to raid that haunted house today. We'll go get that girl from the shrine to help...she should know what's what around here. I think we can find some good loot, maybe enough we can get out of this godsforsaken town."

Kellen Rivian(Level 12 Lore Bard)- Ghosts of Saltmarsh (cbaer8)
Ruven Gilrel (Level 4 Bladesinger)- The Shattered Obelisk
The five adventurers head groggily downstairs to the taproom, where a sullen, pimply-faced teenage boy serves you bowls of salty gruel, crackers, and "breakfast ale" for a few coppers. Katernin is still back at the shrine.
(Are you following Reed's plan? Or what's your move?)
Fianna again tells Lucky that she's sure that the coins those recovering the body found was said to be a hundred gold pieces. "I'd be more sure it was yours if it was a more uncommon number, I guess... I made some little claim to them based on having been a captive upon the ill fated ship but they wanted to hear nothing of it, blamed their good fortune on their god," Fianna explained. "I doubt they'd be likely to just return to you on your say so but I do wish you good luck."
Fianna will otherwise be willing to follow with Reed as he seems to have an actual plan and she's no reason not to...
Lucky is happy to follow the others. He’s no leader and as long as everybody is going he’ll feel relatively safe. Anyway the 100 gold coins weren’t exactly his to begin with, so easy come, easy go. Anyway the new glasses he’s just found have to be worth more than a hundred golden coins.
The only trouble with Reed's plan is... it's not much of a plan yet. You don't really know where the house is, nor how to get there, yet.
But the first part of his plan is solid: to return to the shrine and find Katernin. (Barring any objections, we'll presume that's your first move.)
Finishing your breakfast, you exit onto the cold, empty streets of Saltmarsh. Although still early on a grey, gloomy morning, there is already a lot of activity at the plaza on the harborfront - halflings with wagons and human merchants setting up folding tables and stalls in preparation for an outdoor market of some kind. On the waterfront, you see fishermen preparing to depart on their fishing vessels and dockhands loading merchant ships. You make your way east up the main street. Old women leer out of upper story windows and mangy dogs chase each other through the dirty streets. A cold breeze blows, and that thin, bitter smoky smell permeates the air. All of you retain the sour fish stink from the inn, which clings to your hair and hands and clothing.
You find Katernin in her shrine, awake, having tea with Weasel.
Kelnan stifles a smile. As nice as recovering some dead sailors would be, the house sounds much more interesting. Let the angry little one lead the way.
"The so-called haunted house it is then! I think our friend Brinehanded can point us in the right direction if the strange temple woman can't."
Reed tries to pick up some grass and rub the stink off on the way, probably failing but still trying. He marches right into the shrine and up to the two tea drinkers. We're going to the so-called "haunted house". What do you know about it, and when can you come with?

Weasel's face drops at the mention of the house. "That foul house must be cleansed," she mutters quietly. "It cannot stand! An unholy place so close t' civilization. Th' wailing an' flashing lights disturb th' mind and heart, but them monstrosities nearly killin' one o' ours in the middle o' town? How can one let stand a harbor for evil? Th' house must be cleansed." She begins to shake a little, thinking of yesterday's attack.
Weasel shakes her head. "I don't know that ye' know what yer messin' with here. People have disappeared. It ain't natural. Ye' don't wanna be traipsin' up there like it's a picnic. Ye' saw what that wolf thing did in one bite..."
"I dunno exactly how to get there. Maybe some of th' old-timers who do business in Seaton might know. It's maybe five miles out on th' old coast road to Seaton, on th' edge of the cliff. I hate t' suggest it, but maybe ye' want t' ask the Guard to help ye'. I appreciate yer willingness t' deal with it, but I'd prefer you not die."
Reed gets up, stretching, slightly less sore than the day before. He goes to find some breakfast, sitting where the others can join him.
