Dex save 9 vs DC 10 or 9 tentacle damage on Fianna…
Molo currently has the box so… Fianna could probably catch up to him as she’s not slowed by the box, but she has no “safe” place to Misty Step to yet… So she will try to catch up to Molo, casting [Tooltip Not Found] at some weak looking but above sea level spot of the hull away from the tentacles and try to blast a hole she can see out of…
If successful, she’ll grab the box and tell Molo “Save yourself! I’ll get the box outside!” And wait to step next turn…
Barely sidestepping the flailing tentacles, Fianna fires a blast of glowing plasma at the rotten starboard hull, and blasts a jagged hole through it the size of her head. She can see the bright gray of the overcast sky through it.
Katernin backs up, and after a moment her eyes flash bright white. Incorporeal wings sprout from her back as she looks to see if she can help anyone before heading back up the deck.
Action: Use Radiant Soul Once per long rest as an action, you can transform, gaining glimmering eyes and two incorporeal wings. For 1 minute or until you end it as a bonus action, you have a flying speed (30 ft.) and once per turn you can have one attack or spell deal 4 in additional radiant damage to one target.
Katernin's eyes flare with radiant light, as two ghostly wings sprout from her back. The tentacles thrash blindly, unconscious to her tranformation. DC 10 Dex Save: 9
A tentacle slams into her just as she lifts out of the water on her translucent wings. Bludgeoning damage: 10
Nevertheless, she manages to float to the next deck. (As Katernin didn't take a turn last round, she may also help Dain get up the rope, or dodge to gain advantage in avoiding the next tentacle round.)
The turned, undead thing cowering in the far corner is also accosted by the frantic tentacles. But it is fast, and already in a defensive posture. Dex Save: 17
Kelnan is up next. (He already failed his tentacle check, took his damage, but maintained concentration on Katernin... although it didn't seem to help protect her from these things. But he still has an action left.)
Kelnan makes his way to the base of the stairs. (He may have advantage against the tentacles next turn.)
With a nerve-shattering wrench, the writhing tentacles begin to rotate the entire ship - it is now listing some 30 degrees to port. At the start of this round, every character except Katernin (who can fly) must make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw, falling prone and sliding 10 feet toward the port side on a failed save. (And from this time on, a character who falls prone for any reason will slide 10 feet toward the port side.)
Everyone may act. • Start your turn with the DC10 Dexterity saving throw. (On a failed save, your character takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage from the tentacles’ frantic thrashing.) • Anyone climbing the rope (Dain?) or the stairs (Kelnan, Molo? Others?) without wings must make a DC10 Strength (Athletics) check to succeed. (Dain has advantage from Katernin.) • If Fianna tries to misty step with it, she'll need to roll successful DC 12 Strength (Athletics) check or lose her grip on the heavy box once she's outside (and presumably, falling into the ocean or onto the exposed hull.)
Perhaps concentrating too much on her planned Misty Step, Fianna is thrown on her butt by the shifting of the ship taking 6 damage from thrashing tentacles in the progress. Still, despite her wounded pride and indeed her wounded self, Fianna still managed to utter the words to her spell and used Misty Step to escape through the gap in the hull she was looking at!
((Unless you want a roll to see if she holds on to box when falling prone?))
4 - Fianna Strength check against losing box after the Misty Step...
Once outside, the lack of proper footing and stepping while prone in the first place, threw off her equilibrium and both she and the box went falling separately...
Fianna and the box are both thrown prone nearly to the port hull, into deep, churning water, tentacles, and spray of the tentacle-punctured wood. She grabs hold of the box and teleports with it nearly to the extent of her spell, just outside the hole she blasted. Unfortunately, she loses her grip on the hefty box, and it slides down the algae-encrusted hull and into the swells of the deep sea. It bobs for a moment before starting to sink. She may roll a DC15 Acrobatics save to hang on and avoid falling into the ocean (but also abandon the box), or she may dive in after it and try to keep it from sinking.
Molo races for the stairs but falls; while the poisons have left his body, the rocking vessel simply threw him off-balance. He responds by blasting the tentacles with another deafening concussion. They retract for a moment, stunned. (No saves are needed by the party for the rest of this turn vs. tentacles.)
Dain (helped by Katernin if he wants to climb the rope), Katernin, and Kelnan may act next. Start with a DC10 dex roll to avoid being knocked 10 feet to port.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Fianna curses. Both in pain and in frustration. Oddly enough, the vulgar words work perfectly well for the verbal portion of her casting of Cure Wounds (2nd level for 16 healing) upon herself. Then with another curse she looks down at the sinking box and considers for a moment... then jumps into the water to try to retrieve it.
Kelnan (waiting to see how the Misty Step goes for now)

Eldritch Blast Attack: 17 Damage: 6
Ouch! But at least not grappled? Or oh! Can I use inspiration on the save?
(Yes - you can add d6 of inspiration to your save. No grappling concerns - these tentacles are smashing more than grabbing.)
Barely sidestepping the flailing tentacles, Fianna fires a blast of glowing plasma at the rotten starboard hull, and blasts a jagged hole through it the size of her head. She can see the bright gray of the overcast sky through it.
Kelnan is smacked hard by a massive tentacle.
Katernin, Molo, and Kelnan may act.
Molo starts racing towards stairs to get up above
Paladin - warforged - orange
Molo abandons the box to Fianna, and swims toward the rope in the tumult of thrashing tentacles and sloshing water. DC10 Dex Save vs. tentacles: 7
He is swatted hard by the flailing appendages. Bludgeoning damage: 7
Then he attempts to pull himself up the swaying line: DC10 Strength (Athletics) check: 8
...
(Sorry about the manipulated dice flag. Always a mystery as to what triggers it!)
Molo takes 4 damage from the tentacles, but succeeds in climbing the rope. He makes it up to the next deck, with Kelnan.
Katernin and Kelnan may act. (Then Fianna can attempt her Misty Step if she chooses to.)
Assuming nobody has been killed or such then that is her plan, indeed...

Dex save: Dice rolls not yet available for this section.
Kelnan stumbles and slams hard against the port hull, then recovers and dashes full speed past the pacified tentacles up the tilting stairs.
