(Ouch! I do have a spell slot to cast Shield as a reaction though, if I can use that.
Also, I'm about to pack up my PC and start my move. I'll check in on mobile and should be back online 100% in a few days, but if you need to move on feel free to zap away with cantrips as needed)
Lucky's sharp eyes notice that Kelnan uttered something and made an arcane gesture just as the beast grabbed him. While he does have a bloody scratch, he's wisely just playing dead for the moment, and not actually unconscious. (Shield worked - no damage. He is out of spells, now, though. Good luck in your move, Nurglich! We'll try not to kill Kelnan!)
Molo sings a little song of inspiration for Fianna, then lobs a stone high into the sky, lofting over the heads of their attackers, and far over the wall into the scrub. You hear it crunch distantly in the brambles.
Fianna is up next (with d6 inspiration!), then Kelnan, Katernin, and Lucky. (Go ahead and post when you're ready. Nurglich - if we don't hear from you, Kelnin will try to break out of the grasp of his attacker - should be easy? - then disengage and retreat to the others.)
Fianna will cast a quick Hex upon the creature that is holding Kelnan in it's jaws (giving it disadvantage on... Dexterity I guess) and will follow that up with an Eldritch Blast upon the same creature.
Eldritch Blast Attack: 17 Damage: 7 plus 3 Necrotic damage due to Hex.
((Sorry, yesterday totally got away from me.))
((And I forgot to use inspiration but it stays with me a while, yes?))

Lucky
That thing has Pointy in his mouth! I think the canny sorcerer is still alive, but he won't be much longer unless someone does something. I'm no hero but I can't let him get eaten!
If Lucky thinks there is an opportunity and safe path he would like to sneak from behind the well and into the deep grasses to where the creature is that has Kelnan in its mouth. If he gets there unnoticed, he's going to stab the thing! If anything looks like it's spotted him, Lucky will run away. He's no hero, and in fact, this is more brave than he's probably ever been in his life!
Dunno if I'll get close enough for this, but in case I do:
Dagger (assuming Advantage and Sneak Attack as I was hidden earlier): 25 Damage: 7 plus 2 Sneak Attack.
(OOC: Ooh, max damage. :) if I get attacked I'll use a Luck Point to force a re-roll if it looks like I'm going to be hit)

Fianna fires a crackling burst of energy at the beast holding Kelnan. It shrieks in pain; smoke rises from its blackened form. Yet still it lives. Somehow it has still held on to Kelnan. (Yes, Molo's Inspiration may be used anytime in the next ten minutes.)
Kelnan tries to wriggle free. Contesting Dex check: 8 He slips easily out of the maw of the badly injured creature. Disengaging, he retreats to the well.
Lucky slinks forward from his hiding place near the well through the tall grass, a little to the east of the fight. He attempts to surprise the creatures. Stealth: 19
It doesn't go particularly well. Their keen noses and ears soon pick up Lucky's approach. He backs off further to the east, ending his turn about fifteen feet east of the fight.
"Everyone please stop," Katernin begs, "they're just defending their territory. We have no quarrel with you," she looks to the weasels, "we're just here to investigate this house and cleanse it of the horrors within. Please forgive us."
With Kelnan out of their immediate territory, two of the weasels (including the wounded one) retreat back into the bushes. One remains, keeping an careful eye on Lucky. They do not attack.
Fianna is wary of the creatures and their retreat, unsure if the are intelligent enough to be reasoned with or not. Still, no reason to attack just to attack. As such Fianna will shift the Hex onto the weasel which is not retreating. She will withhold her attack, having another Eldritch Blast prepped and ready to release the moment the un-retreating weasel starts attacking one of her companions.
If Reed, Kelnan, Katernin, or Lucky wants to continue to press the attack, they may; otherwise, judging from the affect of the weasels, it looks like combat may be over.
The last weasel vanishes into the tall grass at the north end of the yard near the overgrown rose bush. Combat is over.
The party stands not far from the side door and well. Kelnan is shaken but unharmed.
A cold breeze blows, salty and smoky, ruffling the dead weeds and grass. The rusty gate behind you squeals a little as it shifts in the wind. The boom of surf against rocks is heard distantly, far below the edge of the cliffs to the south.
"To be fair, Katernin..." Fianna says with a grin. "They started it!" With that she prances off to the side door to see if it happens to be unlocked...
Reed stows his bow angrily, looking between Lucky and Katernin. I'm not sure who's more useless, the one that runs away every time something pops up or the one that tries to reason with damned weasels. He trudges back toward the side door with Fianna, shaking his head and cursing under his breath.

The side door is unlocked - indeed, the rotten door barely hangs in its frame. Fianna can see right through the gaps in the wooden slats. A dilapidated corridor lay beyond, extending some fifteen feet before turning left. A door is at the end, on the right. The interior woodwork looks rotten, cobwebs and dust are thick, and rubbish is scattered everywhere. Plaster fallen from the walls and ceiling lies strewn across the floor, and patches of mold cover the walls.
"Fianna! Can you do something to get Pointy out of that beast's mouth? Help him, please!" whispers Lucky harshly from his position next to the well.

Molo runs towards the commotion and sings in a warbling, strange lizard voice that is remarkably charming for its uniqueness.
”Ooohhhhh Fiii-aaa-nnn-aaaa! Save the little Pointy one! The Pointy one!”
