(I'm not sure Dain can go into a rage and do a GWM attack in the same turn - both are bonus actions - but this has been simmering for awhile, so let's go with it...)
Pulling the bolt from his neck, Dain flies into a frothing rage with his maul, slamming the spearman twice with his heavy weapon. The first is parried, but the second clobbers Ogmund with a powerful blow charged with radiant energy.
The brutish spearman reels from the hit, but this tough soldier can clearly take a lot of punishment. He bellows with pain and rage, but then attempts to dish it right back.
Ogmund Spear Attack #1 vs. Dain: 26 Hit: 13 piercing damage. Ogmund Spear Attack #2 vs. Dain: 23 Hit: 12 piercing damage. Ogmund Shield Bash Attack vs. Dain: 10 Hit: 10 bludgeoning damage and Dain must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
More doors open. Three more people arrive, including a robed figure in red (eyeing Dain) and a swordsman with a shortbow (eyeing Molo).

The card-player on the floor strains against her arcane paralysis: DC 15 Wis Save: 12 She stands, her paralysis gone, and wipes her brow.

Kelnan takes a few steps down the blackened stone steps far enough to get a look at the crossbowmen from over the crude stone half-wall acting as a banister. A torrent of flame blossoms from his finger and barrels toward his four targets...

Dain explodes with a pair of powerful hits to the tough spearman. He's definitely beginning to show his injuries, but this guy is determined to die on his feet.
Still smoking from the fiery blast, two of the crossbow-wielding, straggly-bearded assailants drop their crossbows, draw their longsword, and converge on Dain. The third (the white-haired woman) fires her crossbow at Kelnan.
Fianna sees Dain taking it from all angles and decides he needs help more than she needs revenge on the old body who shot her… As such, Fianna focuses her Eldritch Blasts at the Spearman attacking Dain. (And moving clockwise to next target if he falls…)

Fianna fires a pair of scintillating purple rays at Ogmund. They glance off his thick shield, but not without gaining his attention. He roars with anger.

...but fails. He, again, barrels into the woman standing behind him.

"Stop this right now!" booms Ozymandius in a thaumaturgically-enhanced voice at his intruders from behind his wall of fiendish, flitting spirits. His earthly mace lying on the floor, he conjures a spectral one out of thin air. It hovers menacingly in front of him as if held by an unseen hand.
The card-playing woman and the young man in the southwest throw themselves on Dain (prone on the floor) with small batons they pull out of their robes. Card woman Club Attack vs Dain: 21 Hit: 2 bludgeoning damage. Young acolyte Club Attack vs Dain: 18 Hit: 2 bludgeoning damage.
Likewise, another acolyte from the northeast takes advantage of Molo's paralysis to smack him over the head with his baton. Acolyte #3 Club Attack vs Molo: 18 Hit: 5 bludgeoning damage.
